Quest Diagnostics, Tarpon Springs FL

No receptionist. No bathroom. No one e to check and make shure your able to get tested. Waited a half hour just to be told my doctor didn't send the request. Complete waste of time. Never again will I use quest.

The location was great for my older mom, the phlebotomist was pleasant and had a light hand when poking her. Unfortunately Quest did not have a receptionist and we had to use a Kiosk. The mandatory use of a Kiosk with no human limits my mother of handling her daily tasks herself and therefor requiring her to bring someone with her to help her. There were others before us in line to use the Kiosk and they too had limitations. Bring back the humans!

This place is a godsend; ample parking that is close to building so that even if handicap space is occupied, any other space is just as good. Mike, who drew my blood 3 months ago, was excellent. Attentive t my special needs (wheelchair), and challenging veins, he made the experience actually pleasant. Most recently (October), Kara displayed the same attentiveness even dealing with technical issues out of staff control. Can’t say enough about this facility except they could use a HANDICAP BUTTON TO OPEN FACILITY DOOR.

Wonderful experience! No wait time. Awesome staff. Nicole was so gentle, I did not feel a thing! Plus, she is laid back and fun. Great service! +

I'll admit, I came in with perhaps an obscure request - I needed my blood drawn for a new cancer pre-screening. The first technician was very friendly, but was unfamiliar with Galleri, the company that performs the cancer screening. Mind you, the Galleri website referred me to this particular Quest. He then got his supervisor, and this was an entirely different experience. Her whole presentation was like I was bothering her, how dare I come into her office with blood screening she'd never heard of, and to go somewhere else. She had on these glasses that all I can say is that only Kim Kardashian could get away with wearing them. She thinks she's Kim Kardashian of phlebotomy, I guess. It was enough to where I won't go back to a Quest even if my life depends upon it - which it just may, as my doctor is concerned enough about cancer that he prescribed this test.

Huge shout out to Nicole that went way above and beyond to create a peaceful environment to successfully draw 14 tubes of blood from someone who gets queasy just talking about veins! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Nicole!

This company here literally destroyed my trucking career they told me misleading information now I’m stuck with a refusal of a drug test on my dot record and now I’m outta of a job cause of this company. I’m filing a huge lawsuit against this company

Jessica is AMAZING! I have NEVER been more satisfied with a Quest, so much so I would drive out of my way to go to this one again just to have the same experience. Scheduling my appointment online was easy, checking in from my phone was convenient, and the appointment was less than twenty minutes. The phlebotomist, Jessica, was absolutely fantastic. I have always had panic attacks when getting my blood drawn and that was the complete opposite of my visit this time. Jessica made sure I was comfortable, talked to me the whole time, and was fast! Before I knew it I was all done and walking out the door. I live half an hour away and I would drive out of my way just to be able to have the same experience. ️️️️️

I arrived just before my appointment time and they took me right back. Chelsea was very nice and made small talk which helped with my anxiety. Professional, clean, and quick.

Terrible Service. Picking up a stool kit and dropping off was not easy.
Confusing Kiosk made the whole process worse. When I brought back the bag, which had a Barcode on it, it was not processed. Needed original paperwork. Big waste of time.

I have always had anxiety when it comes to getting blood work. I fear the needles, I get sweaty, shaky, and will sometimes pass out. I had Alice take my blood samples and she was absolutely wonderful. She talked me through the whole process, was very kind the whole way through, and she took precautions for my possible pass out. The visit went smooth. Although I'm still nervous for blood draws I would gladly have her as my phlebotomist again.

I cant make appt on their website, by the time i confirm the slot is no longer available. Their phone number is not answered, so I cant make appt there, and when i go as walk in it is hours before they can get to you. They have no receptionist to help you check in. Very poor customer experience. Please offer other options for testing.

The staff was friendly enough. But quest needs to do something about the phone menu. I could've verified they didn't have the orders BEFORE I went to the site. They don't allow for that and sure enough no orders were there.complete waste of time. The menu never lets you get to a human. 0 stars for quest 2 for polite staff person.

I had to go to Quest Diagnostics in Tarpon Springs Florida, yesterday for some blood tests. My doctor wanted so much blood drawn I was wondering if I would be able to stand up afterwards. Chelsea was wonderful! I have some of the most difficult veins to find, and then when you do find them they move all over the place. Chelsea found the right vein with the first poke. She is very skilled! She should be hired to work in a emergency hospital room. Skills like hers needs to be used to the full. Anybody who can draw my blood on the first poke is destined for greatness in their field. And by the way, Chelsea is so funny. I never laughed so hard having my blood drawn.

If you're no where near a white skin color, save yourself please don't go to this place. It was my first experience being segregated in America. I went in for a glucose test at 10am, Yes I was on a waiting list. One lady showed up at 12pm her name switched from waiting list to appointment with in minutes. When I asked the lady she said because she was at that location the day before and they never had a chance to draw her blood. They were people that were asked to reschedule or go on the waiting list because they made a mistake with the check in. At 1pm one lady gave up her appointment to let me take her spot, the phlebotomist told her that wasn't acceptable. At 2pm the phlebotomist came to tell me they can't do my glucose test because it's late, even if I was first on the waiting list. However, they were three other people that were behind me on the waitlist that were there for the glucose fasting test, and were not asked to leave.
