Quest Diagnostics Altamonte Springs - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Had an appointment for 12: 15, arrived late at 12: 24. After I checked in on the iPad I waited less than a minute before my name was called. Processing took a few minutes and then I waited in a room for a minute before someone came and stuck me. I went in for a varicella titer. Whole process took less than ten minutes.

I was a little worried after I saw a VERY unkempt bathroom when I first arrived, but I know sometimes bathrooms get messy quickly. My experience is worth way more than any dirty bathroom. There were several patients there when I arrived, so I was concerned that we might be there forever. I checked my dad in, and within 5 minutes they texted us to say they were ready. By the time I got Dad out of the car, they were ready for us. Check in was seamless. They had his doctor’s orders ready and waiting. The phlebotomist got him on the first try, and he was done. I think we were only there for 10-15 minutes max start to finish. Now, I will say we got there 1/2 hour before they close so they might have just wanted to get out before they close, but either way, our experience was great!

I went in during the covid 19 lock down and was able to get service as usual. Jessica helped me check in and figured out my payment plan prior to getting my blood tested in having them Document. I would highly recommend this location as they are fast friendly and the girl who did my blood work was very good and I was comfortable during the process

Gross! Multiple urine collection containers left in the bath room in a little cabinet. You are expected to move other people's urine to make space for yours on the shelf. Gross. I told the staff, as they were all sitting around chatting about getting together (outside of work,) and they told me this was normal, then sent in the next patient. Irresponsible, no reasonable chain-of-custody, disgusting. The CVS on 17-92 has a diagnostic center that is clean. Go there instead.

I had a 3 hour glucose test done at this location by Joanne (Jojo) it was a fast and relaxing process. I don’t like getting my blood drawn, but I am so happy that she took care of me the 4 times I had my blood taken. To me she’s the best phlebotomist in there! Great job!

I have always had very good service at this location. There was one occasion where my name was overlooked and it took a little longer to have my blood drawn, but that does not happen often. The lab is very neat and appears clean, they practice social distancing and they are careful about wearing masks and changing gloves between patients. The phlebotomists are highly skilled. They have also become very efficient in scheduling and seeing patients in a timely manner.

I was tested for covid on July 13. No results, no phone call, no text since. But when I was tested quest was happy to charge my insurance over 100 dollars for a test that they knew they could not process in a timely manner. These lab companies are complete scumbags, milking the nation's insurance when they can't even process results. This will lead to everyones insurance premiums rising in the future.

They have an automatic phone answer that is made in order you cannot speak with them by phone!

The ppl in there seem to be nice however I was left sore and bruised after my bloodwork was taking it seems the lady did not know what she was doing.

I have come to expect their prompt and caring service, in this location and every quest location I've frequented over the years. I am thankful that appointments are offered for those that need to get in and out. I've often not even sat down between signing in and getting a blood draw. In and out the door in less than 10 minutes. That's fast! I've learned to go after the 7 am rush, as well and even without an appointment it's usually under 20 minutes.

Location obviously does not abide by their hours of operation. When speaking to one of the personnel that works there that had an attitude! Very rude people who only care about themselves than the wellness of children that are very sick.

The facility is always clean, the employees are friendly and they get me in and out of the lab quickly.

Tried to call the local Altamonte Springs office - cant get through - after ridiculously long voice response system you get transferred to the national call center.

The whole staff is very professional and since I make appointments, it's in and out within 15 minutes.

Easy to make an appointment on line. Quick in and out, especially with an appointment. Personnel are very patient and competent. Special kudos to Brenda and T.

FINALLY.a lab facility that is tremendously efficient. Great staff.they actually process your appts at the time you requested! No waiting an hr after your appt time like Lab Corp.
