Quest Diagnostics Boynton Beach - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

I visited this location as a walk-in and waited only about 15 min. Erison was amazing and he and David had me laughing the whole time. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at quest. Thank you for being so kind and light-hearted and taking such good care of me.

I scheduled my 94 yr old grandmother an appt for bloodwork we were seen an hour after our scheduled time we didn’t care about the wait ALI a worker here was beyond rude! Still we were only here to get blood work we were fine with everything until! She was INTENTIONALLY hurting my grandmother very rough! Didn’t even look for a vein, went for the wipe and the needle! Vein busted swelling immediately! She STILL went for the next tube and went POKING inside “I’ve never had blood work drawn where my arm has hurt me this bad until today, I feel like that woman was intentionally hurting me because she was angry! ” Were my grandmothers words! Beyond the worst experience of her life in 94 years!

Great testing location. Shakera was amazing. Her customer service is commendable and her skills are outstanding. Usually have many sticks and digging around to find a productive vein. One try and voila.

On time, clean and welcoming staff. The location is perfect with enough parking space. Spacious waiting rooms with plenty of chairs to maintain social distance. Remember to bring your lab request and your appointment —walk-in is not recommended at all.

I walked into this location as a walk-in and only had to wait 5 MINUTES! UNHEARD OF. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ali. She drew blood without me feeling the needle at all. Then David walked in and made the experience EVEN BETTER. They both had me laughing the entire way through. This is for sure for sure my new go-to location!

My first time there. Ali was my phlebotomist, she drew my blood painlessly. She was was very professional and efficient. The facility seemed very clean.

I had a great experience at this location. I was in and out quickly and the staff was very professional and polite.

I was hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews but didn't have a choice because it was the closest location to my house. I just got home from my 630 appointment and felt that I should leave a review. The check-in process is quick, I literally waited less than 1 minute in the waiting room after I checked in. David was my phlebotomist and he was kind, funny, gentle and super duper quick. The room was clean, organized and the bathroom was also very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this location and David. Hopefully, after posting this revieview I don't jinx myself and get an ogre the next time I come to this place. LOL

What an amazing group of professionals who all deserve accolades! My 3 year old needed to have blood work done, and to be honest I was extremely nervous due to past experiences. The entire team (Shakeena, Gigi, and Erickson) were beyond comforting. They not only listened to my concerns, they explained what they were going to do to my son which was helpful in making him feel comfortable too. (The stickers they gave him after helped too!) I'm beyond grateful to everyone at this location who made our experience so wonderful. Thank you all!

They are all unfriendly and rude. I told them that they will use butterfly and they had no material. They still punctured my son. They get upset when you say something to them, it seems like they are upset all day to control the stock.

Mic here, I made an appointment for 9 AM. They took me in at 9 AM! There was plenty of parking as well. The phlebotomist today was David, he made it easy and comfortable, he has a great sense of humor! Thank you David BTW it's normally great there! People were always nice. So thanks to all y'all!

Loved the staff, nice and professional, the wait was also not long. People came in and out quickly. Strongly suggest coming here.

Parking is moderately available in this lot. My appointment was for 10: 15 am on a Tuesday. I walked in & checked in at the check-in kiosk. Barely two minutes passed & I was called in. Gigi (Gerry) was so sweet & had an excellent bedside manner/patient-centered approach. The other staff members were wonderful too. I will definitely be returning here when I need blood work again! Awesome experience from start to finish!

First time for this location and it was a pleasant experience despite them being understaffed and having a lot of walk-ins. My appt was at 1030am and I was called 10 min after my scheduled appt. I had got lucky because I booked the appt 30 min before and managed to get in as I had booked at another location (which I canceled after this one) which was later in the afternoon.

If you get lucky and get Gigi, you will be in good hands. She had gentle hands, made sure I was feeling okay as I had a lot of tests to be done and she was thorough. If you manage to have her pull your blood, rest assured you'll have a pleasant experience.

Poor customer service. Attendant was questioning my information. When I Iooked at the screen she was actually looking at a different file with same last names. I gave her the order with two pages she asked me for the number of test. I had to refer her to the second page. I was concerned so I left.
