8 THIS PLACE SUCKS!
Made an appointment and waited over two hours after my scheduled appointment time. IT SHOULD NOT even be in Business. Who the Hell do they think they are? GREEDY CORPORATE IS MAKING MILLIONS AND THEY WON'T HIRE MUCH NEEDED HELP to serve the public. They book twice as many appointments then they can handle and it's outright LUDICROUS and Disrespectful! BBB is on Notice. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ORGANIZATION
No stars for you! But unfortunately google wants to give you one! Worst experience waiting. Sitting in 600sq ft room. With the thermostat set to 77 with over 20 body’s in this room. Who runs this show why are you always behind? Stop screwing around in the back and start getting your work done. Sincerely a pissed of person.
Today was different than last week. “I came with my mother in law (84) years old with Alzheimer's And dementia, we waited almost two hours. Then someone came out to explain they couldn’t take her because they were begin on appointments. So we rescheduled for today. Thanks for people like Janessa, because they walk the extra mile. They set a point between before and after. My mother in love was relax and happy. God bless Janessa and her manager because she reflex great skills and outstanding performance. Thanks again Janessa.
The blond lady working today was sooooo mean! Send that woman to customer service class ASAP! No empathy at all
An hour wait after fasting for 8 hours when I have a scheduled appt is ridiculous. The staff was also rude to some poor woman whose daughter has been waiting for an hour. Will definitely go to another Quest location next time.
In this place walkins are treated before people with appointments who have also registered before those walking. Just walk in and you'll be served. I feel foolish for waiting for 2 weeks to get my lab work done because there were literally no spots available before noon. I should have just walked in. Silly me.
Scheduled appointment online and filled out insurance information, too. On the day of my appointment I was in and out within 10 minutes. Professional space and service was done with care.
Unreliable. Scheduled an appointment by phone for 1/16. Called and told me it would be cancelled because of the holiday, even though their automated system allowed me to select that date. Then made a new appointment for 1/19. Tried to call back and reschedule due to sickness, and was told my confirmation code was invalid. Went to the website to make yet another new appointment to replace that one, only to discover that this location is closed 1/19-1/22, which is why my confirmation code was not working. Again, this system allowed me to make an appointment on a day that was not available. Ridiculous.
