The attention was very bad, the lady at the entrance was very rude, I think she was very stressed and had a very bad attitude. I think they should have someone who can help the elderly. I had to help with two elderly people because they did not understand the registration machines.but otherwise everything is very good but that lady is too rude

I made an appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early and they called me right back. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but Stella was exceptional. Lab work gives me major anxiety and I'm prone to fainting when I get it done. When I expressed my concerns to Stella, she assured me I was in good hands. Guess who didn't pass out for the first time ever! Stella, you're a literal angel & I can't thank you enough.

Quest has to be the most unprofessional and rude bunch of idiots out there. So this morning the receptionist at the Peachland Quest refused to help my girlfriend check=in. She just refused to help, said she was busy doing other things. Keep in mind this is the "receptionist" sitting at the "receptionist's" station refusing to be a "receptionist. "

Poor patient management systems in place. Absolutely ZERO covid compliance in lobby. The staff with the exception of maybe 2 ladies at this location have about as much personality & customer service skill as a bag of buckwheat. The drug testing lady at this location is slow as molasses running up hill in Detroit on a 0 degree day. Don’t curse around her, she religious as he. If you have nothing better to do with your life and need to make friends try their lobby. You sit quite a while. The lady at the front desk (greyish-streaked) long hair … rude and arrogant. She doesn’t handle being called out on mumbling about patients without knowing what is actually going on, under her breath very well, yea I heard you! I’m from up North, we clap back! Y’all do yourself a favor & avoid this place at all costs.

My name is Genevieve. I go there often for myself and my client. I love the girls and the atmosphere. It's a little coldly. Other than that, perfect place to go.

Nasty, rude, lazy and ignorant staff. They make you go looking for paperwork they're being paid to process. Send patients away without care while giving attitude.

Rude and miserable people. Acted like your bothering them for doing their job. Wouldn't recommend this place. These people seem like they hate their jobs.

Phlebotomist was amazing. The front office person, Beth, is so bad dealing with people that the customers in the waiting room were speaking about it. She was unnecessarily rude and arrogant to people.

Lady at the desk was very rude to me, acting like I was suppose to know how to use their system, made it obvious she didnt want to help me, making rude comments about me to her coworker, like I couldnt hear them, she came out to the lobby and quickly and rudely tapped the machine and walked away saying "there you go", i wont ever be going here again, sure hope Im ok cuz I never did get my blood drawn.

The staff here were on point and professional! Stella was such a nice women, made me feel very comfortable and shared a great laugh which I needed so early in the morning. Thank you Stella!

Poor performance, the usual doctor request to get blood work. Went to Quest had blood and urine taken. Get a notice from doctor that test were spoiled not just mine but many others for that day. Had to go back as did my wife. Not sure what is going on here but I would recommend going to another facility.

Very pleased with the overall service and environment. Everyone was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had trepidation before going to Quest, but these nerves melted away. The office and exam rooms were clean, and the place was run like a well oiled machine. Thank you Charlene - SHE IS GREAT and FAST! Receptionist (sorry I did not get her name) was wonderful, too. Definitely highly recommend QUEST!

For a super busy place with glitchy fax and computer systems they handle their business Diego at desk and tech who drew my blood were calm cool and business like in a hectic busy busy environment! Cudo's Be different and be patient when u walk-in!

With the amount of traffic we all face in this area at this time of year, you can’t always expect your patients to be there on time every time. It’s common courtesy to wait for 15 minutes at the very least, but for my partner to come in 5 minutes late and be told that he’s not in the system anymore and can't get his tests done? There weren’t enough people in that waiting room for your office to make a reasonable excuse to not see a patient who was a few minutes late. Not to mention, it costs nothing to be respectful in a situation like this. Truly upsetting.

Honestly I couldn't have had a worse experience. I was refused my labs by Melissa. She stated that it was a fasting lab when my doctor, and paperwork all said I did not need to fast. She talked down to me and made it out to me that I was stupid. Telling me "the paperwork is double sided" and "maybe you should be confirming this with your doctor before showing up. " When she saw me tear up and get upset then her mannerisms decided to change "oh come back at 6 am and ask for me no appointment necessary" unbeknownst to her, I had an appt with my doctor later today which again I confirmed it wasn't a fasting lab. I will never return to this location all because of her. My first time at a quest was a disappointment to say the least.

I scheduled my blood draw online a few days prior to going in. I got right in at appointment time and my phlebotomist, Stella, who has drawn blood from me before at this location, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and positive attitude are very much appreciated!

Worst place to make an appointment the staff was rude and disrespectful, if you are 10 minutes late they will put you on a walk-in list and you will not be seen for hours. Make sure you know before you go where exactly they are located too because your GPS will take you to the wrong place.
