Quest Diagnostics Flagler - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

I took my daughter and not only was the lady at the entrance rude, but now I find out that they lost my daughters results. How the hell does that happen! And you call them and no one comes to the phone. Horrible place and service.

Did auto check in. Selected wait outside, told them I was going to wait in my car because I’m 27 weeks pregnant. Had not received a text by 10: 30, walked to the door at 10: 32 and they refused to see me. They said they sent a text and 10: 27 and I didn’t respond. I did not receive a text. I explained I needed a glucose test today since I turn 28 weeks on Monday and she literally said “it’s not my problem”. So unprofessional and uncaring.

I went today, place is clean and precise work was done on taking blood by Gerardo he was really professional and a nice person.

Awful! They ask us to wait outside because of COVID but they don't walk out to call your name. Some person named "Juan" refused to draw my son's blood because we weren't on time. We were 30 minutes early! But since he didn't go out to call our name he didn't know that. Instead of moving on he wanted to prove I was late. I have the texts from quest showing I was on time. So rude. Literally got in my face that I had to take a step back. I hope they have cameras. Spoke badly about me in spanish not knowing I understood everything. Jerk. Never again. Moving to a different lab immediately.

By far, the best experience Hubby and I have had at any Quest Diagnostics. Our tech Maritza is amazing! She has a steady hand and surprisingly it did not hurt. Last year, I had the worst tech and appreciate that this one is truly a godsend. The staff here is friendly and professional. Check in is easy and wait time was only 15 minutes as a walk-in. We will definitely return here when the time comes.

Went to get blood work done. I was in and out in less than an hour. Liked the electronic check in.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Stay away from this location. There is no appointment system in place. The workers let whomever they know cut the line. Beyond horrible customer service. Beyond horrible scheduling. My insurance provider will hear from me. I would rather get my lab work done under any Miami-Dade county bridge via a newly rediscovered rusty needle.

No one speaks English. Waited for an hour with no assistance just to be called and told that they don't do drug test screenings requested by employers which was a lie.

This location is within the shopping Plaza. Not on the front side alongside jiffy lube. It it not their fault GPS may not give the precise location but once you are near, by looking at the actual address, specifically the building number, you will find it next to the Michael's. They were courteous, and prompt despite arriving without an appointment.

Horrible customer service. Nobody at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Everybody just waiting without any action.

Had an appt at 7am.
They started calling people in the order that they arrived, NOT by appt time.
When I questioned it. The lady at the window was rude and obnoxious. She kept saying it was by appt, but in the order that they signed in.
SO ITS NOT by APPT.

Best Quest in Miami. Personnel works organized and everyone was busy doing something. Took me about 30 mins which is awesome compared to any Quest services. Worth the drive not to go to the Quest at Ponce de Leon.
