I had to go for a glucose tolerance test for my pregnancy and do not take getting blood taken well. Nicole was amazing in making me feel comfortable and she definitely knew what she was doing. In any quest you will have a wait time, I was there over 4 hours but how nice everyone was made up for the wait. The receptionist was really sweet too and all other nurses telling me bye and good luck. Overall really happy I got Nicole as my nurse/doctor

Rude customer care. Impossible to ask a question. Will drive further but go to a different location next time.

They are quick, educated and if you go without an appointment early morning they are even faster. Great customer service.

Good luck dealing with this company. They only schedule appointments via automated systems. They can't be bothered to answer a phone in person. If you have questions about your procedure you just have to show up and ask the day of your appointment and hope you got it right. If not they will just send you off and make you reschedule. I will never give this company business again.

I made an appointment for a blood test online. The notifications/confirmations were sent out as text and email. Check in was super quick and easy on the waiting rm.check-in machines. I did not wait no more than 5 min.and called in before my scheduled time. Tech Jennifer was wonderful and friendly; I did not feel a thing. I will use this clean facility for all my future lab needs.

Brought my daughter with special needs in and Nicole was great with her. All the staff stopped what they were doing to give a helping hand to make sure my daughter was calm and comfortable. They demonstrated professionalism and was very compassionate. Nicole was also able to collect Sophia's blood on the first stick and that can be tricky. We will be coming back to this location.

Never had a better experience at a Quest location. Unbelievably kind staff fit me in last minute and got my paperwork fixed quickly. I am very happy I came to this location!

Awesome Staff! All extremely happy and pleasant so very early in the morning! My fasting blood work appointment needed to be done first thing in the A. M. There was a mistake in the check in computer, but the professional & respectful Staff made sure I was taken care of anyway. My results were sent very timely to my Quest app.

Quest diagnostic on Fowler. I was a walk in and the staff extremely friendly. Kay drew my blood. She was friendly. Very professional and the draw was seemless.

My husband had a 6: 10 am appt today 4-5-23. They were just opening the doors, and the lady was Extremely rude! Would not help with any questions. Never had an any problem until today.

So much for having an appointment at this location. I waited an hour and still had 6 people in front of me. A lady in the waiting area said this is common practice. She said they start letting people go to lunch and there could be a two hour wait. I used the app, made an appointment at the Daniel's Parkway Quest. They were organized and prompt.

If I could rate zero I would. The customer service is terrible. Their credit card reader would not read my card. I explained it’s definitely not my card as I had just used it. She refused to manually enter it. I asked if she could use the credit card swipe on another computer. She refused. Made me wait in the lobby. Wouldn’t tell me if my appointment would be canceled. Took me 2 seconds to pay it online. Still had me wait in the lobby and told me they don’t know when they will call me back. I asked if she could give me an estimate of how long it would be (even though I had an appointment) because I need To pick my kids up. She responded with I can’t tell you that. Everything was I don’t know or I can’t do that. The way they speak to customers is outrageous. Tried to tell the front desk my bill was paid and to ask if my appointment was canceled. It was like I wasn’t even standing there. Completely ingnored the fact that I was standing there. Another patient came up and said he had been waiting an hour even though he had an appointment. They were so rude and dismissive to him. Luckily I was able to find an appointment at the Daniels location same day. I left. This place is awful. I will ask my provider to send me to another lab in the future. I’ve read the reviews and the fact that Quest is ok with this repeated unprofessional and uncalled for behavior is nuts.

**update: Daniels location was a totally different experience. Very kind and professional.

Horrible experience. I will never come back. The staff was very rude and inpatient even though it was not busy at all. The appointment was early in the morning (7: 30) and there were only 2 other patients. Very disappointing.

One particular staff member was disgustingly rude. She should absolutely be fired for how she acts and speaks to people. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

My phlebotomist today was Daphne and she had me in and out in 5 minutes! The staff here is always wonderful and friendly and I never have to worry about a bad blood draw experience.

Went in today and got in very fast. 12: 30 appointment and in my car writing this review at 12: 59.
The attendance that took care of me was extremely rude. I read all of the notes from different people saying the same thing but it was my first time experiencing it at this location. They make you put your id and insurance info in when you check in. Then you have to show it again when you get in the room even though they have a picture of you already up on the computer. Then I say to the lady you will need to butterfly me, and of course she was rude and didn’t and of course she dug in my arm with a needle that was too big and couldn’t get anything which I knew would be the case since I have been through this time and time again. So needless to say, after she dug in my arm, she had to use the butterfly anyway so let’s say I am not happy.
There is no reason to be rude. Then because she was so adept, she told I could leave, then had to call me back.
Everyone has a bad day sometimes but being rude is not a justification. Do better!

I am very disappointed in quest. Even if you make an appointment you have to wait over 30 minutes. They need to work out their schedule and not have appointments every ten minutes. I was also told I did not need to make an appointment to drop of some paperwork, yet I still have to check in and wait over 35 min and they only took me back because I advised this. They lost some of my labs as well because on the app, my pending labs disappeared. They have not called to inform me and will not answer the phone.
