Quest Diagnostics Hollywood Sheridan

I had a 12: 20PM appointment that I made online. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in at this kiosk (photo #1). I put my driver's license and insurance cards on the scanner at the lower right of the kiosk. When that was done, my name ("JOHN R") appeared on the TV as being checked in (photo #2). They took me in at 12: 31PM. I brought the paperwork saying what tests need to be done from my doctor. They scanned the paperwork then took my blood. I was out by 12: 41PM. They're strict: don't come in without an appointment, don't come in late, and don't come in without paperwork.

Ghetto rude unprofessional no customer service at all or care for their clients. Please shut this place down or do a proper training on proper care and customer service!
There are so many better places near by.

This place is useless. I had an appt. I checked in for my appt on their kiosk and was told it was confirmed, after 20 minutes of waiting I got up and spoke to someone at the desk and I was told that they could not find my appt and wanted me to check in again as a walk in. Really? And on top of that, they only had two people working in that office. Absolutely ridiculous!

Employees are extremely rude. I experienced so much unnecessary attitude from staff. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment. This place is just one big confusing unprofessional mess.

My husband and I went to your place on Thursday June the 22nd, as walk ins at 8: 00AM, since we were unable to book online.
We had the most amazing experience with your Patient Service Center.
Ms. Sha’Davia, was absolutely wonderful, Professional, kind and caring. She’s beautiful inside and out.
Great asset to Quest Diagnostic.
Hopefully the next time if we need your service, we will have the pleasure again by getting taken care off by Ms. Sha’Davia.

This place is a joke? Lady from window rude nasty disrespectful don't care obout anybody. And honestly that place needed to be close the look like they don't now what they doing.scary seriously.

The meanest, nastiest staff in the world navigating a broken system.
If your physician sends you to Quest, get another provider. If your employer sends you here find another job if you can. 3rd World attitudes. 1970s software. And a "we don't care" philosophy because everyone who has mandatory tests for work comes here. The personification of what's wrong with health care, Quest is 100% pure garbage.

Great experience overall. Brought my mom in for blood work and the phlebotomist was very friendly, efficient and professional.

My mom waited 3 weeks for an appointment and when she arrived and checked in she sat there for one hour with no help. Finally she got tired of being ignored and left. Complete failure by this location in providing basic service. There are other locations that are more professional.

All the assistants have such a nasty attitude

Was just there waited 2hrs and a lady that work there name Sheila seems to be having a attitude with everyone and not being helpful so I got called upon for my turn and she keep the same attitude by being mean to me she don’t care for ppl needs or care to help I would avoid this place and her energy is disgusting for place like this

Arrived at 2: 30 because the hours online say that they close at 4pm. Obviously that is a lie. Tried calling to get a representative on the phone. No luck there. Coming back in the morning to get thos over with. Really surprised/amazed me that they can't fact check their own hours or at least update it. Very unprofessional IMO

Quite a lack of coordination in patient care, you enter well in advance and check in, the machine asks you to return 10 minutes before the appointment. You also return early and they say that they already called you and you lose your appointment

The girls here are hard workers and do a great job. Big deal I waiting an hour after walking in. For all you complainers, bring a book next time.

Walk-in and wait for 1: 30hr and system was down.
They asked to call 2 hours later but no one answered.
When I got there system was good but attended said that I had to wait her to with the ones with appointments after wait 30min so she can assist me.
Terrible costumer services.

Very confusing place. Call patients by first name only and where two or more people have the same name obviously those people will go to the door to find a very unprofessional person making you feel unwelcome in that place. Better go somewhere else.

Online it says they’re open until four…they’re not. I drove all the way to the location only to see that on the door it says that they close at 2pm…they should update this online and on their site.

I honestly don’t know why this place offers walk ins if they’re not guaranteed that walk-ins will be seen. I got there at 6: 30am to beat the crowd, since they open at 7am. I was told that if I don’t have an appointment I was not guaranteed I’d be seen. I waited all morning, very uncomfortable because I needed a simple drug test for a new job that I’m starting. So I had to hold it in. I waited for three hours with the need to relieve myself, and yet still wasn’t seen. Their appointment/walk in system is very flawed. To top it all off they would see one person (with an appointment) every half hour. So even people with appointments we’re waiting for a while. Will never use quest again.
