Nice place, but to futuristic for me. No receptionist. Simple things could be solved, if able to talk with someone.

Received text message that provided a link to check in. Followed link and successfully checked in. Got response text confirming the checkin and we would be seen at the 8: 00 appointment time. At 8: 45 they told us they had no record of the checkin and wanted us to show them proof. Showed them the text messages and gave them the confirmation code and it it took an additional 30 minutes for them to see us.

Rebecca needs a raise, she took her time but was efficient. I’m an extremely hard stick but she was able to get me in one go with no fishing around. I’m very happy. She put my mind at ease. Thank you so much Rebecca!

Super easy and convenient. Booked last night at 10: 00 for an 8: 40 appointment. I was in and out fast and my person was super nice and kind.

If the computer ask to scan your license then your name should automatically show up on the screen! If you don't have the technology then cancel the license scanner. I sat here 30 minutes without being checked in. I'm too old and sick for this I hate this place as a disabled vet it increases my ptsd.

Taylor in room 9 was the best! I have tiny veins and she quickly and easily was able to find a vein without hurting me. She eased my anxiety and I was out of there in 10minutes with an appointment:)

I would give a zero but unable. I think quest should do more training with some of the girls there. Had Chantel do mine. I have never been bruised and swelling ever. I draw blood why she went where she did I have no idea. I wish I could post a picture of my arm. I was there 11/10/23 @9: 10am

My boyfriend went in this morning to his appointment for some blood work when this lady Deborah (gray hair) refused to do anything to him when she couldnt find the address to his doctors office (it was on top of the paper that he had brought in from his doctor). She rudely told him to leave and complained the whole time he was there. I personally recommended him this place because everytime i go i never have issues and usually the person that does my blood work is very nice but this time her attitude was unacceptable and veryyyy unprofessional

Absolute disaster, kiosk doesn’t function correctly and said I did not have an appointment after an hour of waiting, while having a print out in my hand confirming I did. This place is a disaster and should be shut down.

Trying to ask them for help. Nobody helped. Then I was here first and everyone cut me in line. I asked for help second time and they forgot about me. I can’t make this up. My appointment expired. I have to take a day off of work to do this. What the hell.

Brought my 12yr old son in for blood work and chantel was wonderful with him. He was nervous but she took her time and provided over and above, customer care. They are very efficient with timelines of their patients. The office was very clean and organized. I will be back to this location!

No matter how long you wait on the wait list no one will help you until there is absolutely nobody left to help. Even if someone’s appointment is 20 minutes away and you already have been waiting for an hour

Absolute worst experience ever. Your best bet is to go to ANY other quest than this one. They are nasty, demand you have a printed order which is not a Quest Policy. The very. Nasty old lady said you need your printed orders. When asked if they can email or send another way she said no you need to get it printed and since it’s late you won’t be able to do it today.

The supervisor is even more of a gem. One of the worst medical experience I’ve ever had in 40 years.of health problems. You would think these people would be here and kind and empathetic. Instead they are liars and absolutely unprofessional to the point of malpractice.

There is nothing on their website saying about a paper order needed and come to find out after the supervisor put her listening ears on she said oh they can fax it.

I will also be reaching out to an attorney as they cost me money and lost work to come here and said nothing about needing a paper copy (or a fax). So even though the fax was sent as soon as they finally told me that option

So now after spending 75 on Uber to get here they will not see me.

How ridiculous to not have at least one person to assist patients with checking in. I had an appointment I had to reschedule after they cancelled my appointment for the morning before because they supposedly had a power outage. I went out of my way again and rearranged my day to get there the very next day only to have to walk out because the kiosk would not allow me to sign in. I had my confirmation code, QRC, and cards ready to scan but no luck. I even checked to make sure I was at the right location multiplet times. I walk to the other side of the room expecting the usual doctor office window and a staff member who could assist me but nope…just another kiosk to battle with. I sat there for 20 mins+ after my appointment and gave up as it only gave me a number while I’m looking at a tv monitor listing patients by the first three letters of their names and the initial of their last names so I had no idea when I’d be called or how long I’d have to wait. To try to get help you’d have to try to yell out and catch one of the individuals who come out only to call for patients and swiftly usher them to the back. A waste of time, gas, etc. Never again, Quest, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I walk in here, not appointment seen with 20 to 30 minutes. Wendy did amazing and made sure she were accurate and quick with it. The blood drawing technology is first-class. I received the test results report the next day (on viewing my results on line) service attitude is great!

Barbara is a true asset to your operation. She was personable and did a perfect draw without any noticeable discomfort. She gave me information on viewing my results on line and making future appointments on line also. She's a treasure in this age of " the old bums rush" that you get at most places of business.
