Quest Diagnostics Inside Walmart Store #3877, Tampa FL

No issues. Set an appt, walked in, signed in, and they drew the blood, and I was done. Daniel, my provider, was super nice and attentive. Easy. It's in the front of the store closer to the grocery side.

The lady wouldn’t answer questions, very interruptive, rude and inconsiderate. Can’t prove intent but she seemed as if she didn’t care at all about the walk-ins. Screen showed only 6 scheduled appointments for the coming 60 minutes. 5 walk-ins waiting and she wouldn’t even hear us talk to her, she just kept saying it’s scheduled appointments before walk-ins and that they wait until there are zero scheduled patients in the office to start taking walk-ins. Claimed they do 3 appointments every ten minutes. Math says that’s 18 appointments an hr, only 6 scheduled for the coming, leaving 12 available spots, and she had no desire or courtesy to the folks that actually pay her bills. She should be sent to the house and not be brought back. I’ll try another location, but she was horrible to deal with.

Wonderful place! We were walk-ins. Our doctor’s office made a tiny mistake, Jamie explained it perfectly. She was so professional and caring to my toddler. Thank you so much to both of you!

The staff at this Quest location is both very skilled and courteous. My mother has notoriously hard-to-find veins and elsewhere she usually has to get pinched a lot to draw blood, but here they are able to do it with a minimum of discomfort. We are really very grateful to them. One thing to note is that they don't take walk-ins, you need to make an appointment

Customer service is a concept that is not well understood at this location. I've been to other location and they're great. At this place, they'll tell you that you need to schedule an appointment to DROP OFF a specimen, which is absurd. Avoid this place, go to another location.

I had Shaimaa, Abdelmoneim and it was amazing because I was always afraid of needles and she made it painless I highly recommend her, and I will definitely be coming back

The ladies were professional, fun, and got me in and out quickly. They took the time to make sure I got the exact test needed, although it wasn't clear on the doctor's note.

I am not sure how this place is getting so many negative reviews. I have been here twice and my wife several times. We have had appointments and we have been in and out in 5-10 mins. I worked with Daniel today he was really nice and gentle.

I was just reading the reviews while I was waiting there and I found the reviews from the community members saying that the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I 100% agree with them. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Horrible, traumatic experience giving blood work. See pictures of bruises from heartless and unprofessional nurse who lacked empathy. Still painful two weeks later.

Update: the store manager did call and took corrective action after the incident.

Staff is unprofessional, rude and would not help me this morning. I don’t recommend going to this location. If you have an appointment they might help you.

Daniel at Quest was very kind and caring during my brother's visit. He accommodated his needs and got us in on a timely manner. Great service from Daniel.

Not Healthy! The "waiting" area was PACKED! No social distancing, only a few people with masks!
