Very slow service. This particular location is very slow at getting people in and out. Other locations don't seem to have this problem.

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional, I read all the reviews and decided to make the decision for myself because I needed the work done. I understand they are busy and they see a multitude of people every day. But I made an attempt to make simple conversation and I got nothing in return. Getting blood work done causes me anxiety and I have fainted on occasion, so it’s nice to have some friendly chatting to put my mind at ease.

In this line of work you made the decision to work with the public and some conversational decency is required. Some level of empathy or care. As many have said before they bark commands at people. It was totally uncalled for. I also work with the public and if I ever treated anyone how I was treated today I would not have a job the following day. I will never be back. Please trust the reviews, stay far away from this place.

Update** Drove to the location on Southside today 2 days Later. The staff was friendly and helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend the Southside location.

Every time I come here the orders that my OB places seem to magically disappear.
Even when making an appointment I wait no less than 15 minutes to be seen.
Quest does not allow you to speak to someone over the phone - automated messages/menu only, and it is impossible to use their online appointment system.
Of I had a choice I would never come here, but my doctor's office insists on using Quest Diagnostics for some reason.

Quest Bartram has it under control from the start. A staff member managed the amount of people inside at any given time. Computer Check in was a breeze since I had an appointment. Efficient and courteous staff all the way around. Kelly, especially is a superstar; quick & painless when drawing blood. It was done before I knew it. I’ve seen consistent streamlined process, professionalism with all staff every time I deal with my own personal anxiety when visit every few months for my A1C labs because diabetes runs in my family. I wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else except Bartram Quest in Jacksonville, FL. THANK YOU!

Pregnant and doing 3 hour glucose.the first person to help was nice and friendly. However the second person to draw my blood was cold and rude. Didn't crack a smile and didn't seem as though she wanted her job. I will drive further in the future for good service if I ever have to come to quest again.

Every time I go there I get a pile of attitude because I'm a hard stick. I tell them in advance and they act like my veins are being difficult specifically for them. They give me an attitude just because.hate going here.this is what gives people needle phobias

I have had 3 separate causes to use Quest Diagnostics, and after today, NEVER AGAIN.

I arrive an hour early for my appointment. Request the lady behind the counter just verify that everything is completed and ready for my 11am appointment. I'm told 'someone will call you'. "Yes, I understand, but I've had bad experiences before with Quest - ' cuts me off - 'someone will call your name, please sit down'.

5 minutes after my appointment time, I ask if there's an on-going delay. I am told at that point that something is wrong with my appointment, and am asked to find my confirmation. The confirmation email I deleted after I got it - because in this day and age, who even keeps an email?

Evidently in 2018 Quest Diagnostic's system is unable to even do so much as track an online appointment, and their staff is unable to be bothered to handle basic customer service.

I apologize to the other unfortunate patrons for loosing my temper while leaving, but after having well over an hour of my time wasted, when I could have been told upon arrival "Oh, I'm sorry, there's been an issue with confirming your appointment today, sir" I was not a happy camper. At least then I wouldn't have sat in pain for over an hour for no reason at all!

I'm done with Quest Diagnostics. I would rather pay out of pocket for ANY other lab than deal with them any longer. I will be informing my insurance carrier as well as my employer to request our business use a different laboratory.

The lady that took my blood is a very good phlebotomist, I didn't feel a thing and it was lightning quick. I don't have good veins and most everyone that tries to draw from me has a hard time. Very personable as well!

This Quest location is understaffed. During a recent trip, only one person was working, while "everyone else was at lunch. " Consider going to another location before wasting your time and patience.

Yes they are nice but somehow they missed a panel from my doctor's order. I'm very disappointed.

Excellent Service! I take my mother for her lab's. I think her name was Tracey or Terry. Her gentle touch was incredible. She was a tall husky white brunette.

Absolute excellent service always from Chris and Pat both professional, knowledgeable and KIND,
I will drive out of my way to go to this center. Always have a positive experience due to these employees.
So refreshing to see. I have never had a bad experience there from anyone but these two people are superb. Thank-you.

Amazing experience. Giving blood is one of my least favorite things to do. Bibi was amazing - the easiest and quickest experience I have ever had. She was fun, personable and has obviously been doing her job for many years. Thanks so much Bibi!

This is worst place that I had been for blood check. If you are late for couple minutes, they make you wait until end of all other waiting people. And top of that, they are never ever took me on time to withdraw my blood. They are NOT at all professional. Please go to some other Quest Diagnostics.

Excellent service! Chris was my tech and did an awesome job! I had Chris at my last test in the Mandarin facility. When I sat down for my test, he remembered me from the Mandarin office. He is very respectful and kind.great personality and so friendly. He makes his patients smile! Thank you, Chris!

Very slow. Nice customer service but they spend too much time talking to patients. It was a lot faster when Ms. Rose was there.

The staff that others claimed to be rude and unprofessional have been replaced. This was the easiest, friendliest, most painless, nausea free blood drawing I've ever experienced. If in still on the area next time I need a drawing, I'll come here.
