Quest Diagnostics Jacksonville Twin Oaks - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Had an awesome experience here. Made appointment, was brought in on time and was out of the lab less than minutes after the appointment time. Super friendly service and least intimidating lab experience ever

I was in and out in 15 minutes, without an appointment. The staff were friendly and the place clean. Dave did an excellent job. I would truly recommend this center.

If you make an appointment, you wait no more than about 10 minutes. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my blood work but she was extremely nice and professional.

Over an hour waiting and I'm still here. People come in talk to the nurses and get to go ahead. There is a guy obviously sick coughing a lung and noone separates him. An obvious cattle ranch with Noone overseeing it. I'm not coming back but felt important to mention how messy this place is.

I wish I could review my experience at this facility, but I can't. I am sitting on hold while I type this. At least I hope I am still on hold, its been dead air for nearly 10 minutes.

No logic. These people openly told my better half today that because she made a reservation on THEIR website at 09: 30 this morning, for an appointment time of 10: 30, that she is considered a walk in and had to wait. Quest Diagnostics, if you dont have appointment times available then don't post them on your website. Alot of thes locations always have to have people wait outside in the Florida sun. Which we did for an hour past the schedule appointment time. Get it together Quest.

My husband had an appointment for today which was made 07/27, received 2 email reminders. When he got there he waited outside for 30+ minutes with no response/acknowledgment from any employee. In the FL heat he left, so he will NOT have the blood work requested by doctor for next week's appointment! Had to rate a 1 star or would not post should be a (1)

Never again at this location.after a whole hour waiting as a walk in. 15 min outside and another whole hour inside.that lady finally told me after I asked her how long we have to wait? She was like as long as I have people with appointments walk in I can't let u in even if u have to wait the whole day.we had to waste our time just waiting and waiting and we had to leave with another people they were inside too.because the associates disappeared in the back and there were already 10 people waiting outside Knocking on the door for someone to show up and let them in.poor service.

Absolutely lousy service. The staffs are extremely rude. They could be short in manpower but don’t care to let people know the wait time. People standing over more than one hour outside in Florida heat. Absolutely no no.

So much better than LabCorp! This was my first experience here and it was very pleasant. I had an appointment at 12: 00 for blood drawn and I left the building at 12: 20- so very fast and to the point!

I was concerned based on some of the reviews I read but none were very recent. The staff were very friendly and professional. He was very gentle taking my blood. I made an appointment online and was in and out.

Blood draw was quick and easy. No pain. Total time there was less than 20 minutes without an appointment. Will definitely go back there for future lab work.

Made an appointment a week ago for 8 a.m. This morning. Arrived on time. It's now 8: 30, and I have not even been checked in. Do not plan on keeping a schedule if you take the time to make an appointment.

I went there two days ago to get my blood test done, I made an appointment online, but even so I had to register again in the office, which I don't see the point of, but anyways, because of my appointment I just waited for 5 min, but the lady who took my samples, she just teared up my vein, it was super painful and I have a bruise that goes from my forearm to my arm, she is african-american, with like a bob cut hair, don't go with her.

Great staff and they are well trained. Of all the labs I've been to in the Jacksonville area, this one always gets the highest remarks from me!

I have been having my blood testing done at Quest for the past 3 years because they are reliable and friendly
Believe me, I want the guys taking my blood to be friendly, don't you?

PFF "PROFESSIONAL FAST AND FRIENDLY" Signed in at 7: 10, I was out at 7: 40. Our conversation regarding payment was professional. Everyone from the desk clerk to the phlebotomist was VERY professional and abnormally nice. Even though I was kinda cranky because I was fasting.:) My blood work will be done there for now on!
