3If I can give a 0 I would. I had an appointment scheduled at 12: 40 I showed up 12: 50 due to bad weather it was visibly pouring outside. I proceeded to check in, two RUDE nurses go into the lobby to scream I’m consider as a walk-ins and they don’t take walk-ins after 1, they laughed in my face and told me to come back tomorrow. Unprofessional and completely uncalled for, never coming back.
The ladies in this office are the absolute best! Always so friendly and kind. I’ve been to other offices where the people weren’t too kind and seemed to not be happy to be there. I tend to get a little nervous giving blood be these ladies always give me a sense of calm and make it so easy. Love love love this office and these gals!
Very clean waiting room. Check in was simple and I don't think I waited more than a minute. This location was recently renovated so it looked brand new. Will was very nice and great to work with. I was in and out of there in about 15-20 minutes.
