My 80 yr old grandmother needed her labs done by Monday. She didn't have a appointment and we walk in. The staff accommodated her since she was diabetic and had to fast. Everybody was professional and courtesy. And special thanks to Ms. Myra, you were awesome. Please make your appointment ahead of time. Our overall experience was excellent.

Very disappointed at them. I waited over an hour to be seen as a walk-in for them to turn to me 5 minutes before they were about to close that there was no one to take my blood since all the girls was just sitting there talking. Bad bad business they had no respect for me and the other 2 people that was waiting. If they didn’t want to see us way did they let us check in.

Garage business. Can't even speak to a human on the phone when you call them. Then when you get there, they have these machines to check.

Not an issue for young, competent people but the majority of the clients I saw while visiting were old people who had trouble using the machine to check in. When asked for help checking in, I saw the receptionist tell them to wait a minute and hardly try to help. Saw this happen 3x in my 1 hour visit.

I was there just the other day to drop off a specimen sample, and I didn’t see anyone sitting at the front to process me. This place was packed with people, coughing kids all around me… and I am very immune compromised, so as you could imagine, I just wanted to get in and get out, as I’m use to. In Miami, this does not happen. Neither at the location on Daniel’s in Fort Myers which is a pleasure to visit. But THIS LOCATION is terrible. 5 people came out to call someone with an appointment to the back, and each time I mentioned I am here for a drop off, they each told me to wait ONE MOMENT. They never came back to follow up with me. It was a new face every time telling me the very same thing. MIND YOU, I had to get this specimen in at no greater than one hour or it expires. You would think they would have helped me to check in? NO! They told me to make an appointment on one of their screens (the other was broken) and I couldn’t find the section that specified I was there for a drop off! No one told me where to find it either, so I was very upset and just left. As soon as I arrived at the other location, in Fort Myers, I was in and out! They helped me every step of the way. Why is it that I have to drive 35 minutes from my home in order to get good service? That is unacceptable. And it needs to change. I was told I could easily drop off my specimen close to my home without any appointment, yet that wasn’t the case. They never took a single second to help me process the specimen so I can leave. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional, they need to have a better way of processing the people out according to why they’re there in order to get things moving along. I blame this on poor management/ leadership.

Worst place to go with or without appointment this place going down hill you guys need to be better i dont usually complain i came here before you open so i can take walk-in but soon my name is up there no walk - in.
PUT ONLINE you cant have Walk-in or outside the door if you cant make it.
So i dont wait of other people? Right is that hard … ik you just know it but really you guys want to waste people time. I can wait how many hrs no prob but if i wait already and you told me this very annoying. I can go in different place if this place is NO WALK -IN

The personnel at this Quest don't really want to work. Their excuse is always "we're short staffed. " I've had issues the last two times I've been there for a new employee drug screening. They told me to be there the next day at 6 am for a walk-in because there appoinments were full until next week, and then at 6 a.m, they said oh we're not taking walk-ins today. That happened 2 times in a row. Make sure you have your appointment before going there. Don't waste your time otherwise.

Waited over an hour even though I had appointment. But I must add that the people that work there are amazing. Very professional and kind to each and every patient. I work in a hospital for 20 years and I wasn't treated that way when I went to get blood drawn there where I work. So kudos to The people at Quest Diagnostics.

This location is always running late by more than 30 minutes for appointments.
The staff takes out their frustration on you if asking when you may be called.
I'm switching to lab Corp just down the street. It can't be any worse.

Totally pathetic. Had an appointment for 130pm. 224 pm and still waiting. Totally screwed because because this is where insurance forces me to go. They are the worst.

Always a wait, even for appointments. The staff are very nice. We need a 2nd office closer to Labelle.

My friend didn’t have an appointment but was told they would work him in after 7am. This nurse never disappoints us. She is sharp and moves the people in and out. I will only go there because of her. She provides excellent service. Thank You nurse BeBe.

Despite being short staffed on the day I was able to snag a last-minute appointment these providers HUSTLED to get everyone in for blood draws. And, despite very rude and entitled patrons, they continued to be accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Janet was the phlebotomist who drew my blood and she was even silly and fun despite such stress.

Most people complaining about this location expect to be seen upon walk-in without an appointment during the busiest of times during the day. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and ensure that you have a physical copy of your referral. It’s not quests fault that your provider failed to fax them the order.

The worst costumer service at this location, please give some training to this worker’s, they don’t care about nothing!

The worst place I have ever visited in my entire life, super rude, unpleasant.unprofessional.they should close it and open another one.

Don’t waste your time, extremely rude personal and their solution is to blame corporate if I could give them something less than 1 star I would

I can't say anything really bad about my visit I had an appointment I came in at 7: 55 and I was out at 8: 12 they were polite and professional Shanika was nice and professional the only bad thing about her was when I asked what all tests were on the prescription she just handed me the prescription that was kind of rude she should know what all the letters stand for at least. Lol, I don't that's why I asked.

It felt like the DMV with my name and 3 others on the screen/TV. I had an appointment so my wait was not long at all. The rest of the packed house was on another screen. It was long. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. They were great.
