Had a great experience. Made my appointment, came 20 mins early. I know things happen so I cleared my schedule just in case I had to wait. I checked on online, they called me at my appointment time and that was it. Friendly staff. In and out in 15mins. Thank you!

Yeah no, the website says it closes at 3pm. I arrived at 2: 56pm which I know, it's a bit late but still not closed! I walked in and went to the computer and someone came to say "the office is closed", I said it wasn't 3 pm yet and she responded "come back tomorrow". Super rude! No hello, no good afternoon nor a sorry. If I could come back tomorrow I wouldnt had tried to do it 5 minutes before. I just hope I can get my money back because I certainly don't want to come back to this lab ever again.

Made appointment on Thursday for Friday @8: 40 am Arrived at 8: 20 and did the check in (need to scan DL and insurance card). Sat down in a anice clean uncrowded room and in 10 mins they called me. Tech was wonderful and very sociable. 10 mins later I was back in my car headed to work.and that's the way things should work.

Worst service I ever received… I came in for a drug screen waited over 3 hours to be called … was 1 on the list to be called for over 1hour and 30mins … I am medical professionals and this is wrong walking should not be treated this way … two individuals came in no appts went in before me …. Spoke to a staff no reassurance I will be called after I explain been on 1 to be called in

There is an older Hispanic woman who is very rude and disrespectful, I use to think this location was so awesome quick and clean, Now be very careful she puts Hispanic over other nationalities, I’ll take an further ride to be treated fairly, I had an appointment, & insurance and still was treated HORRIBLE. I recently went to this location to have my labs done. The location was clean, the staff was professional, and the registration and technology available to assist patients was impressive. I came about 30 minutes early to my appointment and was taken in at the time I was scheduled for. Additionally, the phlebotomist who took care of me, Mercedes, was very amicable, kind, efficient, and I did not feel a thing when my blood was drawn. I highly recommend this Quest location. I will be returning here in the future for any other labs that I may need.

When I came here I was surprised for comments saying you have to wait too much getting it because my experience was so smooth and fast. I had an appointment for 7: 10, arrived 7: 05 and got it at that exact time. It was wonderful!

Today was my second time visiting this location and both experiences went very well. I booked appointments both times so my service began promptly each time. The office is visibly new, clean, and organized. What made my visit this time extra special was my fantastic phlebotomist, Rosemary. She was so friendly, personable, and informative. Its almost rare to come across such a kind person these days so I wanted to highlight the star that she is. Thank you, Rosemary!

Their phone doesn't work, if you call any other site nearby you get rerouted to a NY number. No appointments, pretty chaotic, but they have deals with all the local doctors so you have to use their services. No surprises.

This lab is a perfect example of why a reception staff is still necessary. They rely entirely on a dysfunctional computer system. Many patients, including the elderly, are unable to use the computers and no one is there to help them, which can result in unreasonable wait times and missed appointments.

At one time is was Great when you have an appointment: but not today I have waited over 45 min was early they still took persons who were not on the list. Not professional - no one to ask or get help- Andy is nice, the woman nope! Seriously Ridiculous lousy service - my test is time sensitive no matter - it doesn’t matter for them.: (

Overbooked, disorganized, and unprofessional. Had to wait over 30 mins just to drop off a specimen sample. Phlebotomist forgot to give me enough sample cups for all of the tests ordered and made me go to the restroom to divvy up one of the samples myself! (I had the same procedure done at another Quest location and was in and out in 5 mins, no hassle.)

Also had to wait over 30 mins (with an appointment) the previous day and watched 5 walk-ins get turned away despite having waited there long before me.

I usually go to another Quest Lab near my place of residence, but knowing I would be near this one during this week I made an online appointment in advance. I had not read any of the reviews until the morning of my appointment, so when I came across the ones that weren’t so great I became very nervous because I had no time to cancel and reschedule to a different location. I prayed and headed on to the appointment. On my way there I was thoroughly impressed when I got my first text confirming the appointment. Then shortly afterwards I got another one asking to confirm my arrival. As soon as I arrived and confirmed, then 2 minutes later I was instructed to come in for my lab draw! Once in, I waited for a short period and was kindly greeted by one of the Phlebotomists, Andy. He invited me to his station and explained everything. After informing him of my needle-phobia, he took extra steps to ensure my experience was comfortable and uneventful. I have more to say about the customer svc he provided, but for lack of space and time, I’ll just say I appreciate the service I received today from Andy. I’ll be most ungrateful if I did not thank God for answering my prayer today fir the staff, especially knowing that the morale of many front-line workers may be low during this pandemic.

Worse customer service! I had an appointment scheduled at 7 am and was skipped, when I voice my opinion **ANDY*** the so call supervisor attacked me without asking what was going on, I felt like I was being discriminated by supervisor *ANDY* I will take this Complant one step Further. Mask on but noses not fully covered. Get rid of ANDY Learn how to deal with patients, some are healthy and others aren’t… especially if you’re dealing with a chronic illness be more passionate it makes a difference ️‍

I’ve been to several Quest locations and they have required wait without an appointment but this location is by far the worst. It looks good on the outside but the service is nonexistent. They are horrible and slow. I know all lab facilities are slow but this one is extremely slow and they have a horrible security guard in the front who doesn’t like to listen just spew out demands. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Take your chances somewhere else.
