The worst experience ever! The girl that took only 2 vials of blood was extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm pretty sure her long nails pierced the gloves she used. After telling her to use the other arm (easier to find) she refused saying it's fine. My arm is 50 shades of purple today

When we first walked in they got us in quick and everything seemed fine. We go into booth 5 and everything seems normal, the phlebotomist gets everything ready and she tries to find a vein. She proceeds to stick in the needle and nothing comes out. Then she starts moving around the needle while still inside trying to find a vein! She does this two times on my left arm and one time on my right while each time sticking it in and moving it around as if I couldn't actually feel anything. She blamed it on that I apparently "did not drink enough water" and told me to wait in the lobby. I asked for someone more experienced to possibly try and draw blood from me but she denied and claimed that she was "very experienced". I was obviously not dead and blood was circulating through me and I was baffled that this was the only time this had ever happened. Every other time I had my blood taken in hospitals it was a quick and easy process and it was just 1 pinch that I could barely feel and that was it. This was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had and I was visibly shaking in the lobby and my hands turned purple and I was afraid to go back in there. This was not the only bad experience I've had with Quest, (last time I went here I came out with the flu and an awful bruise). Staff seemed to not know what they were doing and some of them barely spoke English. Incompetent staff, lousy job, offered no help or assistance. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

Absolutely the WORST! Went online and the site did not mention AYWHERE that you need an appointment! I went there and someone who barely spoke English was guarding the door, not letting ANYONE in, Then told me that you need an appointment, I asked her why this was not stated on the website and she just rolled her eyes and shook her head. If this is the way they treat people, I would not trust them with blood work. Corporate officers need to be informed of this and that website definitely needs to be updated. What a waste of time to drive all the way there for nothing.

The worst experience, my son was punctured three times without having found the vein, the person who assisted him said that my son did not have blood, that he would come back another day, I complained and they made me wait 30 more minutes and no one came out to explain to me, also they did not cover the punctures in his arms, my son came out with pain in his arms and trembling. Please if someone reads this from the Supervisors send these people to training, this would be very good to help your workers.

Worse experience ever. Women was extremely rude from the beginning. She totally missed my vein. When I told her she missed the vein, her reply was my vein wasn't working! I didn't know if this meant I was dead and my heart was no longer beating! You can see in the photo where my vein is and where the red injection spot is. When she started digging the needle around I told her to remove it and I headed for the exit as fast as I could

I went to Quest without having printed out my script, but the staff was so kind and accommodating. Wuendi was so kind and patient with me, working through technical difficulties to print out my script, and honored my appointment time even though my mistake caused a long delay. When I was taken back for my test, Camila was very nice and did a great job.

Quest has really upped their game. During Covid, you sign in, and if you've made an appointment online, they send you a quarter code, & you sign in with the code. It's so easy. You can go to your car & wait or you can sit inside with social distancing. It's rare if I have to wait more than 5 minutes. The doctor's orders go straight to their computers. My blood tests have always gone smoothly & accurately. I go back every 3 months. The blood tests have very little to no pain at all. I'll be back!

Worst ever came in at 2pm the tv says we get called in 2minutes no one came out till 2: 24 just to say look at the screen and didnt know we were here till i yelled out HELLO n the lady just walked away if they had a rating for -10 id give them that

I stopped into the patient service center to pick up specimen collection containers for tests I needed to have; my doctor's office faxed the orders to the number listed on Quest's business card, and received a confirmation.
I had to sign in on the electronic system and wait. And wait over 20 minutes even though there was only one other patient in the room.
When I was called back they thought they had to draw my blood. I corrected them. No faxed order was found even when I got on the phone and had the dr's office refax the order.
I ended up leaving and going to my primary care providers office to get the containers needed.
I am retired having worked in a reference lab for over 14 years, and Quest really needs some reorganization in order to make things work efficiently.

My husband tests results were never sent over to his doctor. I tried calling and was online 20 minutes. No one ever picked up. Horrible service. Using Lab Corp from now on. Good bye Quest. Disorganized, not enough staff, never get through on the phone! Don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave!

The experience is fine but the lady at the front desk is so rude. She shouldn’t be the face of the office.

People are quick to write negativity, when a person go for blood draw, they make you verify your name, dob, and gender. You have to sign a form with your inf. Please read well the blood draw orders and your personal information.online appointments work fine for me. I’m in and out in 15 minuets. Very pleasant phlebotomists and the front desk staff do the best they can.

Hours noted to open at 0630. I arrived at 7 am not one person was seen working.
10 people were sitting in the waiting room and the lone phlebotomist strolled through the entry door at 0730. Only 12 seats in the waiting room and SRO.
Filthy. Zero customer service.
I will not being going back.

I also decided to write a review after all of the poor ones. I have never had a problem here. They are on time and most importantly, the techs are great. They never hurt me and are quick and efficient. This location is busy, but they handle it quite well.

I went there for blood work about 5 months ago, the staff was friendly but it was very crowded, yes screaming kids and not place to sit. I was in and out within 20 minutes however; when I went to see my doctor for my results about a month later, they still didn't have it. After the nurse called them several times for the results they finally faxed what they thought to be mine, instead they faxed someone else results. They had my name, DOB, had me as a male and everything else wrong. NEVER will I be returning to this location!

After reading some of the other reviews, I was reluctant to go to this lab. However, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very efficient. There were 4 people drawing blood. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes as a walk-in.
