Quest Diagnostics Ocoee Meadow Ridge - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

What a horrible experience. As part of my yearly physical my doctor ordered a blood panel be completed. I looked on Quest's site and was disappointed to find that the next appointment was over 2 weeks away. When my appointment day finally arrived I arrived to Quest a few minutes early. Unfortunately I received a very important phone call as I prepared to go inside. After my phone call was complete I walk inside at 12: 20PM for my 12: 00PM appointment. I was unkindly greeted at the door and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes at 12: 00. The woman checked her paperwork and said, "you are a half hour late, it is 12: 30". I looked at her confused and said it is 12: 20. I guess she didn't like that I corrected her because she then proceeded to go on a long rant about how I was late and how it was unacceptable and how they can't accommodate this. I do understand I was late and there were possible consequences for this but I didn't not need or deserve her condescending attitude. She finally agreed to ask if they could still see me. After an additional 15min waiting in the lobby I didn't get word if I would be seen. As it was a work day I had to leave to get back to my job. It was a complete waste of an hour of my time. I recommend going to another location to avoid the grumpy greeter at this one.

Very rude, call to make an appointment and your call gets disconnected. Answering machine say something totally different then when you arrive.

Absolutely horrible service. I stopped by before work just to drop off already collected tests for kids along with doctors notes, was told to wait for 20 minutes with everyone else! Nobody at reception to help, supervisor said the same thing to wait! Such a waste of time and absolutely inefficient way to serve patients. Went to another Quest on W Colonial was served within 5 min.

I went for lab work last week, the lab did not have the physicians order, so I ended up having to call the office to request for them to send it in. Both nurses that were there did not assist and continued to see other patients. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I got frustrated and they finally went to the fax machine and got my order. One of the nurses drew my blood and purposefully hurt my arm in the process leaving a big bruise, which is still visible today, a week and a half later. They were so unprofessional and ethically irresponsible to hurt a patient on purpose. Will not be going to this lab again.

I was a walk in and they had me taken care of super fast! Everyone was friendly and the place waw very clean.

This is my go to quest.usually I have a appointment but they booked until March 19th and I needed blood work done today.was worried with no appointments.got there at 9 and was out by 920.amazing! Fast and friendly and didn't even feel the poke

I had an appointment today and when I arrived they said that the computers were down and could not do my blood work.well, I have had this appointment for over a month so they could have called to inform their patients that the computer was down. Instead the employees sat their and did nothing.

I am pregnant and was also fasting, so to not be informed that they were unable to do lab work today is just unacceptable.

Nice facility, but urgency is something strange to this Quest location. Slow and sloppy. Will find a different location next time.

This is my primary location and my favorite. The staff is always courteous and with my appointment, I'm usually in and out in no time. I usually go for blood work about a dozen times a year and they always make me feel appreciated and I always look forward to going there.

Always make an appointment and usually in & out in no time flat. Staff has always taken very good care of me there.

I am diabetic and fasting but is difficult for me so I always make an appointment. I had to wait over an hour and when I asked why they said they were" short handed ".

10 minutes and I was done. The staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely go back.

Less busy then other labs around (for now, at least). George was awesome - I'm a hard stick, and he got it on the first try, never felt it.

I have been here numerous times and always had a great experience. Today (a Friday at 2: 50) I was in and out in literally 10 minutes without an appointment. Denise was great even though my veins are hard to draw from. She got one right away and had a smile on her face which is important to surround yourself with when you are dealing with health issues.

Omg.so long of a wait.and no one was here when I got here.now totally full and it has been an hour.they could have said something.

I went out of my way to this Quest because the reviews were so good as opposed to the one closer to where I live. I had an appointment which I convientely made online, but it probably wasn't needed. I arrived 25 minutes early and waited less than a minute. The entire staff was friendly and the place was clean. I was done in about 10 minutes. Great experience.

I walked in without an appointment at 3: 07pm and walked out the door at 3: 15! Everyone was super nice and when Valentina took the samples I felt absolutely nothing, not even a pinch. All pro here!

Professional and courteous. Walk in no appointment I went in on a wednesday mid morning. In and out in 20 mins. From start to finish. Staff is sweet and nice.

Efficient, nice and painless blood work process. Clean and quiet environment. I walked in around noon on a Friday and the wait was less than 5 minutes.

I brought my twin boys in for lab draw and everybody was fantastic. The place was clean, people were friendly and the staff was very competent. The staff was also concerned to put my boys at ease. Great place.
