Quest Diagnostics Orlando Hunters Creek reviews
16They confirmed and then canceled my appointment twice already in a month, so frustrating. I could have gone somewhere else.
I made an appointment for this location back in March. I went to this location today to get my labs done. There was a sign on the door "we are closed for renovations". WHY would Quest not notify the patients? !? ! Very upset because these labs are required for my follow up appointment with my Doctor. UNACCEPTABLE
Patient care at this facility is not a priority. The waiting room is chaotic and the medical providers do not create a comfortable environment. I had an appointment but was called back an hour late. I had nerves going in to my appointment, as this is my first time drawing blood, but nothing was done to acknowledge me or my needs as a patient and a human being. I left the appointment and will be finding another facility.
Terrible experience had an appointment and was late due to traffic, tried to call the phone system is terrible and I was not able to get in contact with anyone there and showed up late. There was no one to talk to and my appointment got switched over to a walk in. Then instead of working with me, there was only 4 people there and 10 minutes left they kicked me out before closing.
Terrible service would not go back there.
They are always quick and friendly. My own dr office can’t draw my blood but this Quest office staff can!
Good Morning,
I was in the quest diagnostics, Hunters Creek office this morning and once about 6 months ago.on both visits the hand sink was being used to store a sharps container and not being used for hand washing. I had to request they wash their hands before working on me. Today i had to ask 3 times, the young lady had a horrible attitude and said we use sanitizer. Turned around and blocked my view. I cannot prove it but i do not think she die more than run her fingertips under the water. It was less than 10 seconds, and she was drying her hands. When she turned around her hands were completely dry, and her gloves slid right on. I assume the hand sinks are the same as a restaurant, in that they cannot be used for storage and must not be blocked. The young lady that took my blood this morning said that they do not use the ones in the room. After having the same experience months apart, I am requesting a thorough inspection of this facility.
I just had my appointment here, I make it online very easy, I don’t wait any time. Jordan was amazing, professional and friendly. The only I have to say is, Guys we can hear everything you guys talk and we don’t need to know ️. Lower your tone a bit and treat each other better!
On Nov 07 I went as a walk-in around 10: 00 am and was waiting outside in a line until 10: 30 when an employee came out to say they close at 11: 00 and that we had to go. I don't understand why she closed at 10: 30, they must let people in until 11: 00 am.
Well my experience at the Hunters Creek location was great! On December 28, I made an online appointment for 745 on the 29th. I had text alerts set up to remind me of the appointment. Checked in via the link in the text. Walked up a few minutes prior to my appointment and had my temperature checked. Stood in the waiting area for maybe 2 minutes and received a text it was time for my blood draw. Staff was courteous and comforting. In and out in less than 10 minutes.
As a walk in, I was expecting to wait about 2 hours with no issues. Has I went to ask. They told me to go to the hospital, ask for lab Dept. I was in shock and left. They didn't want to book me but rather ran me out. Not cool.
I had a great experience here! I made an appointment three days in advance online with no problem. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment and was taken in right on time despite other people being in the waiting room. The staff was super friendly and efficient, my blood draw was flawless, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I read some of the other comments for this business and my thoughts are: If you are a walk-in, remember this is a medical office and other people have appointments so you're going to have a long wait; make an appointment if you don't want to. Also if you treat people with respect and kindness they will often offer you the same. I will definitely return to this office.
I came in as a walk-in a quarter before 10am and was waiting in line until 10: 30 when an employee came out to say they close at 11 and that we had to go. It's absurd for this to happen when medical exams are necessary. I couldn't get my cancer control blood exams due to this fact.
Made an appointment and still have to wait.they said they will text me when it’s my turn they never did. The tech coughed in his hand and didn’t wash it during this pandemic.
I had went in for a walk in appointment, as they were completely booked online. I went in, and expected to be turned away, but to my delight the person who was helping people up front asked of me to sign in. Once I did so she said expect a wait of 30 minutes to an hour wait, but I would be notified over text. I went back and waited in my car, then got a text twenty or so minutes later. Once I got back in, I thought I heard my name being called, and asked the woman who was taking people back, she said yes and brought me to the back. Once I was in the back, I was presented with information that was not me, and she quickly pushed me out of the room. I was then instructed to wait in yet another room, as other employees were yapping about incorrect patients being brought back. I waited yet another ten or so minutes to get my drug test complete. That process was seem-less. What is unacceptable is that I was brought back without any verification of who I was. Majority of the staff was very rude, which did not make the experience any better. However the person helping in the front was very very nice, and super helpful.
Oh my goodness! I was here on 10/7 at 9am. Maria did my bloodwork and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and quick. Usually techs poke me a bunch of times because my veins are not cooperative, but she was one and done. THANK YOU MS. MARIA!
Very poor customer service. I went there twice on a so call walk in with a walk in appointment, the employee was confused, seemed rude when asked a simple question. I was texted 4 and 5 hours later and never got service. One of the worst Quest I've ever visited.
