I admit I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews however Elizabeth at the front desk was so nice, friendly and checked me in quickly and Rosa the lab tech/ phlebotomy tech was extremely nice as well, she was extremely welcoming I will definitely recommend this lab to employers to send their onboarding and new hire staff to this site.

Blood draw was good but so far both my Dr, Hospital, and chemo room have not gotten the results! That was 2 1/2 weeks ago! It was out of state, but i asked if that was a problem and they said no.

They were drastically understaffed, looked like 1 receptionist and 1 tech.long wait times (hour past your appointment) Not really knowledgeable at the front end either, was told my TGH referral paperwork would be suffice but then tech said it was not, and that she would need to charge me 3x the normal amount. Asked what the damage would be and she couldnt give me a number. Then she realized she called the wrong person in from the waiting room and had to start over. This is when I walked out. What a nightmare. While leaving a young girl in the waiting room looked like she was going to pass out but again, no medical or front end personnel to help her. Yikes!

This place became the monument of incompetence. I don’t know where they hired those workers, but they are the top of the worst. Not to mention the test results inconsistency (same blood draw 2 different results). Stay away

What a joke! No way to talk to a live person. Been on hold for 30 minutes just to check for appointment. I will be dead before I can reach someone. Stay away from this joke of a place, their are many other places!

Awesome job by the tech. Didnt hurt. Very professional. Waited about 15 minutes without appointment.

Rude staff (specially from the phlebotomy guy wearing serial killer boots) The worst customer service ever, even from corporate office when I called to complained, I had a bad experience. I don’t recommend this place for you or any family member.

Very organized, very professional, and quite empathetic to my situation; my wait was only 15 seconds after checking in and I didn't even feel the needle; my lab tech (station 1. I wish I remembered her name) was nice, professional and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.she listened to me talk about my health situation and my depression related to how the world has changed since Covid19. She was uplifting, positive and reassuring. Our health care workers (including my lab tech at Quest) are some of the most amazing people - I'm so grateful for their courage and commitment and in this case, amazing attitude ️

Everything is cheap and spare, from the uncomfortable waiting room to the scuffed up paint in patient areas, 1 ply toilet paper, empty purell dispenser. I was told they needed a "clean catch" urine sample, where step one is wash hands throughly. No soap, not an empty soap but no dispenser or bottle anywhere - I had to go ask an exasperated employee. Then step three is wipe with all three sterile wipes - oops, they only give you one. I don't recommend this office.

I made an appointment at 3: 30 p.m. - which is a time slot that was available when making the appointment online. Address was wrong and it took me to another location down the street making me late to this appointment. I arrived at the place a few mins after 3: 30 and they had already locked the door and shut the lights off. I'm totally for being early instead of being late or on time but why would you offer 3: 30 as your appointment time if that's your closing time.

I just left my appointment today. I was actually running late so I was seen as a Walk-in instead. The wait was about 4 minutes and after that I was in and out. The person that saw me was great. I forgot to get his name but he was very pleasant. Great experience. Thank you. (This is from this morning, I actually forgot to actually click on post, lol.)

Best experience I have ever had getting blood tested. Tamesha was quick, efficient, kind, and I couldn’t feel a thing.

My doctor sent over an order for a blood draw and when I went to get it drawn Quest said they didn't have it and didn't offer to call my doctor like they say they will in their messed up automated phone system, so I called the doctor, they confirmed they sent it and then sent resent the order while I was on the phone and said they would also send it again in the morning as they had been having trouble with Quest. The next day I returned to Quest, again to find no order. Again I called my doctor and they sent it a fourth time! My doctor advised calling first to make sure they had it but their phone system is annoying and has no way to contact a living person! I finally opted for using the provider option and got a real person who transferred me to the location I use. Thankfully they were able to say the order was there. Now I'll find out if that's true when I go there this afternoon. On the whole it felt like no one cared. And they also kept telling me I had a ton of lab draws that needed to be done for my GP and I needed to get those drawn. My GP draws all my blood and sends it to the lab and I told them as much. I was told the computer isn't wrong!

Their appt scheduling on website has been down for a week. Their automated voice scheduling via phone has been down for 4 days. They really have issues here!

Loved this place! The staff was very nice and organized. Walked in and in 10min they took me. The lady who took my blood was very nice! Very clean as well! Would come back!
