The worst quest diagnostics service center.
Unprofessional staff.
All the employees need training and attitude adjustment.
The patient care here is terrible. The phlebotomist was not an able to communicate with me, she wanted me to sign documents she didn’t allow me to read. She didn’t label my blood work in front of me like I had to sign that she did and she refused to sanitize prior to drawing my blood. I think her name was ressalla.
My experience was just horrible. Came in to drop off a specimen for my son, and was given the runaround, bad instructions the day prior. And a very rude staff. I had to speak with the manager and get my concerns heard, and they assured me that they would be speaking to their staff, and training them a little better in dealing with questions regarding taking in specimens for medical. I will definitely be going somewhere else for future lab work. This place is horrible, and needs to have better training completed on their employees. The staff there are very unprofessional and blame each other for their failure. You can see the low employee moral when you step inside. I Would have been given a zero star if it were available.
Service is horrible. Customer services skills out the door. They are very rude and a simple question turns into an argument really fast. I go to many quests and never get the disrepectfulness and rudeness I got from this place. If you question them and you tell them it’s no need to be rude, they take you off the waiting list. It’s sad that a company this big allow their workers to be disrespectful to customers that’s keeping this company in business.
Despite these very negative reviews, I had a great experience at this location. I made an appt online for 6: 20am and was seen by 6: 20am. Frida was very diligent, caring (painless lab draw) and professional.
I would definitely use Quest again!
This morning I had an appointment at this location. My experience was AWFUL will never go back here again. The staff are so rude in every way you can imagine they have zero customer service. Haitians speaking very loudly in creole! Everyone had an attitude this morning.
Horrible wait time. They took more than 2 hours to call for walk-in when there was no person waiting for appointments and only 2 people being served inside. Poor management.
Made the appointment on their website, and was out within 20 minutes. The guy nurse was very professional and good at withdrawing blood quickly and efficiently. It's best to make those online appointments as far as I'm concerned
My wife scheduled me a blood test for a 9am appointment. Checked with a QR code, gave the nurse my doctor's lab order, took out blood, I was out by 9: 20. Very impressed.
Had issues checking in and asked three different people for help. Asked if I needed to check in again after not seeing my name in the queue and was told it would be fine. Waited for 2 hours and had to finally leave without getting blood work.
I couldn't believe that the technicians have to take credit card payments between blood work so unsanitary and intrusive do that separately at a front desk or side desk. People come in there fasting starving to do blood work and nervous about needles and you're making them touch their dirty wallets whilst in the lab chair.workers are fine with appointments
Horrible horrible I waited two hours watched them be on perpetual break And call on people who did not show up while they never called on me for a simple urine test. I just had to Pee in cup and that apparently was too complicated for them to help with. I left. How do you have six cancellations and can’t fit one walk in in that time frame and not deem it to be anything but incompetence.
Very rude, short tempered staff. They look like they hate their job. Was here to drop off lab work. They pointed at check in pad and didn’t explain how I had to check in, found out after waiting for 15 minutes I had to press help to select I was dropping off. Every person that walked in got called before me. Spent 40 minutes in there just to drop off lab work.
Horrible place! No available appointment ever, no personnel to talk to, they truly don't care about anybody’s time. This what hell must be like.
Really should be a ZERO star but that option is not available. Customer service is non existent! They should cancel the standby service, hell they can't keep up with appointments! Even dropping off a specimen takes 1+ hours! Yes to drop off. Go somewhere else. NOT WORTH IT
Terrible service, I waited two hours after registering and they told me they couldn't serve me, I explained the situation to three people and none of them did anything to resolve it.
Despite these very negative reviews, I had a great experience at this location. I made an appt online for 11am and was seen by 11: 05am. My situation is different because I had an extensive order to complete, but Olive was extremely diligent in making sure each order was correct and accurate. I think people need to be more understanding that anytime you go and get a medical service done especially without an appointment, wait times will be present and these healthcare workers are doing the best they can given the circumstances. Pro tip: try your best to make an appointment and come in with an open mind that wait times are a possibility.
The staff there if they able to slapped you in the face they will, such a disrespectful staff
