Quest Diagnostics Stuart

I would give zero starts but that isn't an option. My son is 14 and has autism. He doesn't want to get his blood drawn. He resisted giving his arm and there was no help from staff. I struggled with him but he is strong. An extra phlebotomist came into the room to watch what was happening. She laughed at me struggling with him, but no offer of help. Later, 2 phlebotomists returned to also watch me struggle but offer no help or solutions. Then the second phlebotomist said we only had a few more minutes before they would cancel our appointment. After a few minutes she told us we had to leave. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I was told they didn't have one. I told them that was not true, there had to be someone in charge. Miraculously, a few minutes later someone appeared. She wasnt a supervisor, and she said the supervisor didnt show up today. She also didn't have any help or answers. I asked her what the disability policy was and she said she didn't know.
I don't know what's actually happening with this place.

If I could give this place a zero I would absolutely atrocious to run a business like this! They sent me the wrong address that took me to the other side of town, and made me late for my appointment, and when I tried to call, there’s no way to talk to a human! So I had to drive back to the other side of town after looking at the place up in 1500 different ways I found the location only to get there still not be able to talk to human. There’s nothing but screens inside just for the screen to tell me that I’m more than 10 minutes late and I have to schedule another time. To top it all off I’m traveling from out of town, so this is just wonderful the whole day wasted. And still can’t get on the phone with a human.

My 2 yr old has had to have several blood draws recently, and this location has amazing employees! Not only have they only had to stick her once, but they load her up with stickers and colorful bandaids! They made her feel so comfortable!

Been coming here for 2 years! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly! Lady in room 1 In “training” has no idea how to spell Stuart, can’t send a fax, how stick you unless vein is popping out of arm.
Told her to ask Elaine for help with a fax! This lady goes “I don’t want to deal with her I’ll wait for more help”
I made my appointment at 10: 20, got back at 10: 15. Just left at 11: 03. Thank goodness for Alexis to draw my blood.

Maybe you should train people properly! She messed up my info. Had to go over that again. We live in Florida my dear! Can’t spell that apparently too. Had to point out florida to her.

I’m disgusted by that AWFUL service. Just AWFUL!

I usually love that quest. But forget that! Don’t go into room 1

If I could put zero stars I would and this is simply trying to make an appointment. Quest, I forgot how horrible you are! Rude, no sense of anyones time, doesn't listen, doesn't answer questions and again RUDE. Try any other lab but Quest!

Dee, who did my bloodwork was amazing! Unfortunately, the whole impersonal process before getting into your appointment is terrible. Why isn't there someone at a desk I can talk to anymore? There isn't even someone you can call. Hey guys, the pandemic is over, Biden said so. Stop using it as an excuse hire one less person.

I have been going to this Quest for many years & I have to Say, What A Big Improvement for Customer Satisfaction! EVERYTHING State of the Art Patient Facility! Blood Work results are Faster than they have Ever Been! And if you have the App it’s SO much easier to make an Appointment! You will also get your results sent to the App!:), The technicians Here Are Respectful, Friendly, & make sure your comfortable in the Chair, while they are drawing yr Lab Work! I get a Different Technician every time & Today I Had a Very Nice Gentleman by the Name of Ron! He was SO Nice, & the way he treated me as a Patient, Pushed me to Give this 5 STAR Review! Thank You!:)

I went there today for bloodwork with an appointment. I was in and out in no time. I wish I could remember the name of the phlebotomist who drew my blood because she was amazing, friendly, efficient, and really good at finding a vein. My thanks to her!

My 10-year-old son has had blood work done before, knows what to expect, and was extremely nervous and scared. Sally was amazing at keeping him calm and made the experience quickly and smoothly. We love her!

I have been coming to this lab for test over 20 years and have not had any issues. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. So that is why I return. The facility is clean and the Palm City site also. But, I do recommend that you schedule your appointment so you can enter in and leave. Thanks Janice

Very unprofessional sat in line at 6: 45am they open at 7: 00 they were late didn't open till 7: 30 to find out they only take appointments for future reference a sign on the door should've warned people in line of they intentions.

I've never had a bad experience in either booking an appointment or in how I was treated at the lab.
