In and out. The lady who took care of me was kind. Look to your left if on gall headed towards Dade city. Maps will tell you right turn but it's on the left.

I usually always read reviews before going somewhere but my son just had surgery 2 weeks ago and didn’t want to go 20 minutes to the Wesley Chapel one just incase I had to get home. Well I wish I would’ve because they didn’t even do the right test I don’t get it I made a appointment go in hand her the order I happened to ask how long would it be for my Dr.to get the results she said I could see them within 24/48 online if I made an account so I made an account only to see it has nothing about what I’m allergic to which is what the test was supposed to be it has a whole profile smh I know for a fact my Allergist is not worried about if I have any other issues going on being that she’s a ALLERGIST! I call the 800 number only to be told nothing can be done until Monday or Tuesday so now I have to figure out another day when I can go again to get it done no I’m NOT EVER GOING HERE AGAIN they clearly can’t read or something just don’t care obviously. They need zero stars

This place is absolutely disgraceful. Rude, inattentive staff who force you to sign in using a system that is riddled with errors. No one can even be bothered to answer a question. I will NOT be taking my business here again.

It shows online that their hours of operation are until 3: 30. I came in before 3: 30 and checked in. She came out and said they weren't going to do anybody else. I mentioned that I had checked in before 3: 30. She laughed and said "that doesn't matter" and she laughed. I will never come back to this Quest again.

I was very happy with the service I received yesterday.

Phlebotomist Jenny took me in and there was a problem with my order from my physician.

She worked for hours to correct it until it was solved.

Great job Jenny!

Helped me big-time!

The girls were great there one was named Danielle and I wish I would have got the other girl's name they got me in and out and a small amount of time I appreciate the girls going out of their way to take care of me

Quest did not honor my husband's appointment saying that he did not register on the kiosk correctly. I know when I was there, the kiosk was not the easiest. When the tech came out to the waiting room, my husband asked about his turn. She told him he did not correctly enter.iininfo.m

TERRIBLE service!
Never in my life dealt with rude people like this, wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody. DO NOT make the mistake of coming here

My Dr office faxed orders to them twice over a 3 week span, each time receiving a confirmation receipt. I went in for appointments and I was told that they did not have the orders anywhere. The first time I went in, D gave me a note with the fax number (the same one that we used originally) on it, just in case we had it wrong- did I mention the confirmation receipt?
The second time, I saw D again, and was told that maybe we had the wrong office- did I mention that she was the one who confirmed the fax number in writing?
I told her that this is the second time that a mistake was made. She said "oh, that's bad", not realizing that I was referring to her office- not mine!
Oh! They did tell me that they are so short handed that they "don't have a phone"- ie: they turned off the ringer/unplugged the phone

Awful service. You cannot do drug screens at 3pm, even though you can make an appointment for that time. No one answers the phone either and customer care is awful.

This place should be closed. The employees here are as rude as they can possibly be. I’m in my 30’s. I checked in online and used the device they have in a stand to check in. I understand the process but some older folks need assistance. The lady employee “helping” the older senior citizen customer was so condescending and rude with her. Practically shouting responses back at her when she asked a question. Just disgraceful how she was treating her. I only came here for a employer urinalysis and I truly wish I never had to interact with this miserable people.

They changed a lot since the last time I was there (years ago). But they still aren't on time with appointments from what I have experienced.

I wouldn’t even give them one star here. The worst quest I have ever visited. I will never go back here. Wesley Chapel is 30 minutes away and the staff is much nicer and more helpful.

The checking in part on the computor is not good lots of people check in wrong cause it's not user friendly and they sit and wait while others that checked in right go ahead of then, they need to make it more user friendly, or got back to signing in on the clip board that would be great for seniors. This is my second visit to this location. I’ve had my blood drawn by Monique both times. I couldn’t say enough good things about her. She makes you feel comfortable and is great at her job.

Great quest location. Monique my tech was put in the lobby helping multiple people at once and also letting those waiting know that there time was coming. Very professional. Great at explaining procedures. She even took time to help an elderly woman sign in. Great service and thank you. -perry

They are as automated as possible. They claim they take walk ins so I got here at 6: 30. Then they made me make an appointment. For 8: 20. Then the app wouldn’t let me “check in” until 8: 10 even though I never left.

They could have taken me at 7 when they opened. When the employee came out to tell me I had to check in again and pick a time.

Service is good, BUT it is so annoying that when you call them over the phone, no one answer. I need to know if they got a my Doctor's order in order to set my appointment and no one answer and no voicemail set up. I have benn caller over a week now.
