Not sure who will see this. I did call because my refrigerator stopped freezing on December 23, which is also a Saturday. Obviously not something anyone wants. The Google site said open until 2pm. The person who answered told me they’d be closed until January 2. I said “ Oh, the site said y’all were open”. In my mind not a big deal, I said I found them via Google, and I’ll keep calling until I find someone: Before I hung up, the person said “ It’s a holiday weekend”. No reason for the last part. Definitely could’ve caught that person on a bad day. It’s not a great reflection on your company. This may be a situation where an answering service would be a better solution. If it is an answering service, they’re not doing a great job.

Great service! Gave us a great deal on a washer and dryer set and delivered it for us! Very knowledgeable and very caring! Great family owned business!

My 4 year old washer stopped working and it was the model from whirlpool (don’t get ones that are open tub) this company replaced my washer with a brand new better quality washer within a few days! And I’m in love with the new washer! Although I’m disappointed my old washer broke, I’m glad this company were able to give me a better one for cheaper than my other one. Thanks guys!

Purchased a new, open box GE Profile frig for a nice price from a nice guy. Was a little skeptical when I first saw the place but Marshall is a super nice guy, they provide a warranty and will even deliver! Definitely recommend!

I only have wonderful things to say about Quick Appliance! First, I called them after close and they still picked up the phone! Then, they had the specific part (model number and everything) I was needing for my dryer on hand, no long wait for order or delivery. Then, not only did they offer to sell it to me after close, but they delivered to me near my home, during rush out traffic, all while keeping in contact with me via text! All within an hour. The service is impeccable, timely, friendly and above and beyond all of my expectations.
Got my dryer up and running that very evening.

These guys are awesome! I needed a part that they didn't have but since they were headed to a distributer anyway they hooked me up with what i needed. Second time these guys have saved me.

I purchase a refrigerator from these guys I also bought ice maker they delivered the refrigerator with a broke ice maker took so long to come by with new ice maker they forgot Stacy icemaker in my refrigerator tell me to use that and plug it up these people are Crooks I don't care what nobody say they're not good folks they don't care anything about you

Needed a small piece that connects the wall power at the terminal block to the wiring harness. Oddball item could not find online. Would have had to buy a new terminal block. Explained my issue and they found what I needed and gave it to me for FREE! Just a small piece of metal but it's what I needed and am Very Grateful for the help.

My refrigerator broke down. I researched and thought I found the issue. Quick appliances not only stayed open past business hours for me walked and talked me through the part installation and any further detection and remedy of faults. Turns out the part wasn’t the issue, the compressor had gone, with the expense of replacement it was better to replace the entire unit, I called them back and they bent over backwards to find me a suitable replacement at a seriously discounted price. Additionally, even thought there delivery schedule was jam packed they managed to deliver me the new unit out of hours l, professionally installed and old unit removed. Their knowledge is exceptional and so is there service. Very polite and engaging and remained in contact throughout the whole ordeal. You won’t get this service from Home Depot or Lowes.
They are now my goto appliance repair and replacement provider.
