Quick Care Med, Williston FL

I will never come back to urgent care they have some new girl who runs the front that is very rude and who will push u alway back to the end of the line if u leave for a few mins I’ve never had issues till today I had to wait over 4 hours to be seen this place has went to hell this is the chiefland office

Girls at the front were super nice and professional. Answered all my questions and made me feel at home! When you are sick it’s important!

The people are so friendly the office, the intake assistant and the practitioner Lisa. Been there a few times, always pleasant!

We visited the clinic there in Williston this past Monday and NP, MA and front desk were great! Sorry I couldn’t remember the ladies names but they were all amazing. Keep up the good work!

Staff nice. Understaffed waited 2 hours Only one nurse practitioner and receptionist totally crazy. Need more staff!

Receptionist, although pleasant, could have been more helpful. Overall staff, effectient, and pleasant. I would recommend Quick Care. I went to Williston.

First time I visited and overall it went smoothly. All of the staff were professional, pleasant and empathetic of my discomfort. I found the diagnosis and treatment plan to be beneficial.

My husband cut the palm of his hand quite deep and he received great professional care. Great sterile technique.
One day later he is doing fine. All staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The interior was pleasantly decorated in bright colors -autumn tones for the season-and was a relaxing visit.
Williston is fortunate to have this Quick Care Med available to us.

First visit, and I was totally impressed with the staff, listened to my concerns and provided a prescription to a local pharmacy. I received a text message letting me know that they sent the prescription, and followed up with me.

I had cold symptoms that were not getting better. The medical tech who got my information and vital signs was amazing and April the nurse practitioner was equally as kind and knowledgeable. I got first class treatment. Highly recommend!

I had no primary physician. I called a place in Archer but the had no openings. She recommended them!

I went in in for a DOT physical
They did not follow up and get in touch with my doctor for my medical records. I called them 100 times and my doctor. I finally got it done one day before my DOT expired. They charge me an extra $20 because they said they had to deferred it
I don’t know why they did their job and followed up. There would be no problem. I’ll give them a zero. They’re open three days a week and they have different people there every day. Nobody can finish anything there I would not recommend them at all

Everything about my experience here was great. The check in process was seamless, the staff were polite and professional. April was my doctor and she made me feel comfortable. She was thorough, she listened to my concerns and provided excellent care. She even went above and beyond and followed up with me after I left.
When you are unable to see your regular doctor and have an urgent issue I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful, kind, great explanation of what was going on. Our daughter is ok because of the staff there! Donna was wonderful!

My daughter wasn’t feeling well and the doctor in Dunnellon wasn’t available. The ladies in Dunnellon forwarded our information to the office in Williston. 25 minutes later we walked in and they called her in about 10 minutes later and took care of her. We were there 20-30 minutes and she was all taken care of. The ladies in the office were all extremely friendly and it was worth the short drive for such a great experience. Thank you to the ladies in Dunnellon and Williston for helping me and my daughter.
