I would give 10 stars if I could. Staff is so friendly. They are honest and efficient. I haven’t waited more than an hour each time and I’ve visited 3x. Facility is so clean and inviting. Prices are competitive. Very happy customer. They will be my go to!

Changed oil an hour after dropping off car on a cold engine. Wanted to charge $20 more then agreed upon.

Well after be a mullinax costumer today we decided move to another Ford dealer, all because the costumer service and quality decreased and decreased.although we made an appointment by phone to maintanance our suv early morning, but surprised after be in a line atvthe dealer somebody said no we change the maintanance area to another place and then they only made tires and oil change service, to verify a/c you need to make another appointment in a few weeks. REALLY? We arrived at 700 am and after the new update they received the suv at 800 am. 1 hour wasted.and they asked if we want to wait because is quik service.ok how much time? They said 1 to 1 1/2 hour.lol.other appointment? No, no more.we moved to another ford dealer.bye bye

After I found the place, which is directly across Northlake, next to the Burger King, it was the most pleasant experience. Professional and friendly staff, not too long of a wait and the chairs were spaced out for social distancing. Happy with the overall experience and would recommend. Prince and Angela were great! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my car!

If I was an owner for this place I’ll rethink training the employees and Specially the white lady manager! For how to be Transparent and clear with communicating with the customer!
