Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, Live Oak FL

I bought my Nissan Rogue from Walt’s and have taken it to these guys for regular servicing and maintenance. These folks are a topnotch outfit. They don’t offer unnecessary services, but give you notice when you need to pay attention to something soon. I usually get the works special. I love it. I go inside their lobby, relax and watch tv while they service my Rogue. I highly recommend Quick Lane for quality sales and service with friendly employees.

I like going to Quick Lane and Live Oak Florida. I have been going there ever since I bought my new truck from Walt's Ford. They have always been polite and fast on getting my truck in and out in a timely manner. Great place to go to get your oil changed

Walked in for a alignment for my truck but was told they were more then 3 weeks behind yet when I called they said come in and they would fit my truck into there work schedule so I'm not sure what happened but I know what they say on the phone is completely different then in person.

Dennis most helpful. Explained everything and really went above and beyond. Can and will do attitude is impeccable. Absolutely top notch service

Donny has done a great job of putting the friendliest team led by Kelly at the quick lane. Kelly makes your problems his and him and Dennis both work to get it fixed u til Your satisfied. They are quick, efficient and have a I do what it takes to make the customer happy

We had problems on the interstate and pulled off to find a place. When we walked in they said you came at the right time. They were closing in 15 mintues and had no problem taking us. Super nice people and extremely clean place. Such a blessing!

Quick lane? Their name should be changed to SLOOOOOOOW lane, It took these guys over 2 hours for an oil change on my pickup truck, I waited for over an hour and a half before I saw my truck still sitting out there, I finally questioned the little guy behind the counter he finally acknowledge me and said yea we'll get you in, when they were done, I asked why the delay especially when I saw other people came after me and were done earlier, he copes an attitude and said you have a truck and we have to wait for a heavy lift to clear, I said I wish they would have told me that earlier that people with trucks quick lane turn to slooooow lane.

On our way back from vacation we got a flat tire. It was 7 am. We first went to Walmart and they were not open at their posted time so we tried calling for about 15 minutes and got no response and had to find somewhere else. Quicklane was close by so we went there and they were very accommodating and we're open at their scheduled time. We were in and out and they didn't even charge us. Couldn't ask for nicer people!

I really love going to have my oil changed at Quick Lane, the guys are so respectful. The gentlemen Kelly and Dennis are AWESOME. If they are busy with another customer, they acknowledge your presence and inform you that they will be right with you. Kudos to all the staff at Quick Lane in Live Oak, FL.

Tech Jess Jeffries was very professional and thorough with his job. Very courteous and didn't take a lot of time to do the job on a big truck.

Kelly was very nice and helpful, cleanest shop I've ever been too, the mechanics got the job done quick and correctly and told me about an issue I didn't think I had and they fixed it right away

I've been taking my F-150 here since I bought it. Service has always been quick and efficient I find it's best to go early in the morning because fewer people are there and the waits are generally shorter

Love this place. They made sure my truck was in top top shape. And even notified me I had a leak in my transmission line so I could get it fixed. They are amazing will definitely be back.
