4 Everytime I come here it’s an issue with communication, appointments, & part orders.
Lauren is very unprofessional, does not answer simple questions, and is just rude.
I will not be returning here after so many issues with customer service with her.

I’m was visiting from Texas and discovered an object in my tire. I have a National Protection road hazard warranty through my local Ford Dealer. I was turned away and they told me to try the Ford dealer in Kissimmee. Service desert here and pass the buck game. Don’t waste your time.
Kisselback Ford always provides good customer service. In 15 years only one bad experience. That is a very good record.
