They repair it quick, which explain why half of the time my phone don’t work.my phone freezes. I have to restart it more than 10 times a day.

The back of my iPhone was shattered and was hesitant to fix it. I visit Michael yesterday and he was able to take care of the repair with no problem! He is a man of his word, take his time and value his customers time! I really appreciate it and definitely recommend going to Michael @Quick Repair in the Florida mall for ANY repair!

Michael was super friendly! We first bought an apple watch case, and after a few minutes we came back to exchange it because it wasn’t working well. Michael helped us and was very opened about the idea of fitting every case until we found one that fitted. Definitely will be coming back!

I had a problem with the phone and they gave it 5 stars, they changed the screen twice, as the first one they put in wasn't properly installed and they changed it a second time to make sure the problem was solved.

Michael was very helpful and attentive. He was able to replace my screen with no problem and in just 20 minutes.

Buyer beware! Overpriced phones.seller does not disclose that all sales are final. The terms of the sale allow for a return - but only for store credit - not refund. My guest literally had buyers regret within 10 minutes of his purchase. We had not left the mall. The kiosk sales manager refused provide a refund. There is no such disclosure before purchasing, no clause on the receipt nor on the register or other posting. Price online and other places before buying here.

After my daughter dropped her phone in the sea, we went to Apple Store at Florida Mall but came away disappointed after they claimed she needed a new phone, so on the way out we saw Quick repair and popped in.
I have to say the lady in their, suggested we just needed to change the screen, which she did in 20mins.
The service, advice and friendly nature really impressed me and I would really recommend this place. I have a very happy daughter now all down to this fantastic lady.

The worst service on the face of the earth, I paid $300 to fix an iPhone 12 pro max that I had dropped and got wet. Supposedly they fixed it, it turns out that it was worse and today I found out that some parts or pieces were stolen from the cell phone. Incredible! Another fact. I had to go back 3 more times because the cell phone was closed incorrectly and it opened by itself, it was missing screws and the cell phone signal was failing. Thieves! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
