Very quick to show up they were earlier than expected. Very good worker showed up had everything loaded and towed home I highly recommend this company.

They came out super quickly and the tow was clean and pricing was very fair. Thanks for helping us out.

I would not use this place here he will cancel on you make you wait for hours and then cancel especially if you're a commercial driver they do not care

While traveling towards Orlando, my car gave out and I was stuck on I-75 with no real solution. I decided to give Quick Witted a call and Will got to me in about 30 minutes. He provided great conversation and insight that made the ride much more enriching and meaningful. A service is a service, but the way it is provided is what separates companies and Will made sure that I regarded this company highly. Thanks again for the help!

I was broke down on interstate 75 in rush hour traffic and jr was there to tow me 20 minutes after i called Super professional from start to finish. They took all the stress away andtowed me too have my car fixed. Il always use them from now on for all my auto towing needs.also they were the best priced for towing in the ocala area. Super fair price! Was at the tow in 15 minutes just like he said he would be, and had it hooked and in the flat bed in not time! Highly recommend them and will be using them again

Waited the 2 hours that they said and they never called back or showed up. It is now 5 hours and 17 minutes after they were called and still nothing. Thank goodness I called a different company after two and a half hours.

DO NOT HIRE! Initial phone call was told pick up would be in 2 hours. 4 hrs later and 4 phone calls later was told it would be picked up WITHOUT EXCEPTION the next morning between 8: 30-9am. They never showed up. Did not answer phone calls or return phone calls. They completely blew me off! Unreliable and unprofessional

The guys that picked up my husband along with his vehicle were so nice and prompt. I will recommend this service to everyone. You save people with this service. This wife was so worried about her husband along the interstate. To me you are hero's.

This was the first time we have used Quick Witted. Requested a rate via their page and was texted back quickly with a great rate. Made an appointment for next day. JR and Paul were totally awesome and they showed up early, which is great if you have ever waited for a tow.
They handled my old 1992 project Bronco with extreme care as if it were a high end SUV, which is also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them again for their great services offered.for sure.

Got hung up on when asked for fuel delvery was only 13 miles out of ocala on 75 nb very rude

When the driver was preparing my car for towing he put a greasy hand printed t on the upholstery of the driver's seat. When I called to complain his reply was " I didn't touch no seat in your car, bro. " and then he hung up. Attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. I will turn in my bill to my insurance company but will be seeking damages through small claims. I would not recommend this company's services at any time.
When I submitted the reciept of charges to my insurance company thet told me the reciept needed additional info; my name, vehicle, location to and from. In an email reply from the towing company they stated that the reciept could not be edited but they have a log with that info that they could email to me. That was 2 days ago and no email. My insurance agent contacted them to have J. R.treat her in a surely manner.
This is just not a reputable company.

JR goes out of his way to please his customers. As a business owner myself I can appreciate his dedication. He helped me push my truck into a storage unit after towing it for me. It wasn't easy but he didn't give up till we got it in. Thank you so much for the help I appreciate it. Awesome guy! I will definitely use him again!
