Everyone in the office was extremely professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure to not have grumpy people as in most businesses in these times. Dr Pricket did not rush you and answered all of my questions.

I was so impressed with the office team members and Dr. Prickett. The office is so organized and very through. Everybody spent plenty of time with me and giving me a complete explaination of what was happening and the overall resulte. Great team!

Appt.with Dr.went very well. He showed me some picture comparison of my left eye. And was very receptive to questions.
However, my appt.was for 8: 00 a.m. And I did not leave the facility until 9: 30. I found this confusing as I had such an early appt.and found myself waiting longer than usual after drops were put in for dilation and once in the room for review.
Dr. Prickett was personable, professional, and ran on time. He took time to explain my condition and its prognosis. I could not ask for more.
My husband and I followed Dr. Prickett from his former practice. He is engaged with his patients and never rushed through the appointment. He is a great vision care provider.
