This has been the worst experience I’ve had, the photographer who took the photos has no clue what he is doing needed assistance from the makeup artist to position my child for these pictures. The lady who was the makeup artist is an older woman who needs to be updated on the new generation style didn’t listen to what we wanted and just did what she thought was best. The photos have taken more than 7 months to even be given still waiting.only good thing is the special that was given. You’re better off paying more for better results!

I just left the store and I can’t complain of the excellent customer service. As soon as I got there they were smiling, asking if we needed any help and just being very kind and attentive. They have very good packages with amazing prices. They offer a variety of dresses. And most importantly they listen to what you want while also helping you make the best choice for you. This was the best experience for me. My daughters face of happiness when she was trying her dresses meant a lot to me. Thank you to the three lady’s that helped us. Good bless you always! I am really very disappointed in the place when we took the photos everything was perfect we loved it but as I called to ask why they had not arrived if we had been waiting for 9 months the abuse began but it was not enough when the photos arrived they made a mistake and they gave me a memory with photos that They weren't my daughter's but another girl's. They also didn't give me what I needed to put the acrylic painting on the wall and a month later I still don't have it and I call and they don't answer me but they also make a mistake and pick up the phone and I hear her speaking badly.about me because I listened to her when she said my last name, well, it's a shame but it's not worth the abuse in my opinion, the lack of professionalism of those who run the store tarnishes any other good work that can be done on the farm

Very delighted with the treatment they gave us in this place, we went 3 times to secure the best offer to rent dresses or take photos with this studio and at the end of it all, the prices they gave us on paper they did not honor. What a lack of respect in a beautiful time with my daughter.

We just got our photos back and they're so beautiful! My daughter is ecstatic. We live all the way in Palm Beach County and chose this studio because of the great reviews. We used Vizcaya as our backdrop and the hair stylist, makeup artist, photographer and office staff were kind, positive, professional and worked extremely hard to make us happy. The dresses are crazy beautiful. We chose 2 dresses and then brought 2 of our own. My quinceañera looked and felt like the princess she is for a full day. We had some questions about a few photos after we picked them up and the editor called me personally to discuss my concerns. All in all a beautiful experience with my daughter. It may be difficult to communicate as English is not spoken here. DO IT!

We chose the place for my sister's photos. For his 15 years. When we made the contract they told us that the photos would be in 4 months and it took 10 months, don't trust what they tell you. They lie about delivery time
