A friendly staff person, Courtney, was extremely helpful in accommodating the need for urgent care the day I called; my daughter had a speck of metal on her eye! We were from a different county and not current patients, but were given every courtesy and fit into a busy Saturday afternoon schedule, Dr. Steve was great! He was friendly, professional, very capable, gently removing the rusty metal from her eye. I would definitely return for care, if needed, and recommend to anyone! They rate 10 with me!

We absolutely love this practice. They're professional, communicative, and more than happy to take the time needed to help you with your questions/concerns. You don't feel like "just another patient" being pushed through the system as fast as possible like many other healthcare practices these days. Your concerns are not dismissed, but understood and addressed. We are happy with our ophthalmologist and he is wonderful with kids (our daughter started with him at age 4-5 and he knew exactly how to work with her to get a good comprehensive eye health screening completed).

Extremely friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Quinn eye center. Dr. Hedges was great and so was the entire staff. I also took my daughter to pick out glasses the other day and they were so patient and kind to her. We definitely be using them for now on.

My experience at this eye center was unpleasant. When I arrived, I was hastily walked through forms and was told that there would be extra costs for 2-3 optional extra components to an eye-exam. This felt a lot to me like aggressive up-selling before I had even met with the doctor, which I did not like at all. I actually did not follow through with the appointment I was so uncomfortable with their preoccupation with fees and under-occupation with care.

I highly recommend Quinn. I've hated going to the eye doctor my whole life and this place felt like home even while they are in the process of remodeling. Every member of their staff way great and in good spirits.
Stephen Hedges is the best eye doctor, I've ever seen.

I was very pleased with my visit and I will return. The Dr took the time to answer all of my questions and even explained my prescription to me when no other optometrist ever has before. The front desk staff are also very nice and I waited maybe five minutes. I was in and out within an hour.

Working with eye doctors for 27 years and Quinn Eye Center has been the best so far. The doctor was polite and informative during my exam, the receptionists are always caring and willing to help find a good pair of glasses, and the glasses techs (a guy manager - so sorry I cannot remember his name) are amazing. I would go back and get adjustments just from him because he would always make my glasses fit comfortably. I am very happy with my glasses Quinn Eye Center, thank you!

Staff and doctors are extremely kind. Everything was done in a very timely manner, very little wait time. The optical staff are very helpful and patient.

My first visit was pretty great. As a new patient who also chose frames for my glasses, I spent two hours there for my appointment. Everyone was very attentive. Dr. Suggs was also welcoming, knowledgable and concerned with monitoring for visual changes. I enjoyed my time here. Michelle did an awesome job helping me choose frames. I am happy to be a long-term patient!

After a negative experience at a different eye office I decided to give Quinn Eye Center a chance. Upon scheduling I was already impressed. The scheduler was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my insurance. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they have very flexible hours. When I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient as well. I was taken back to a room quickly and treated well. The physician was knowledgeable and helpful. He also offered to let me try some more affordable contacts than what I had been using to save me money. I was informed of anything that might cause additional unexpected costs. The building was in good condition and clean. I will definitely go here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Came with my mother and the staff were extremely unwelcoming. The new doctor also did the quickest eye exam I have ever seen and acted like she had much better things to do - I was not surprised at all when my mom’s prescription was completely wrong. We went to Starling Eye Clinic instead and the difference in staff and doctor were like night and day - they couldn’t believe how inaccurate my mom’s prescription from Quinn Eye Center was. Stay away from this place!

Took $60 from my insurance materials allowance to cover their over cost eye exam which was supposed to be 100% covered. Poor service and also didn't offer me free glasses which are covered through my insurance. Find another optometrist that won't rip you off.

Manny Seoane was by far the best most informed eye representative ever. Super nice and professional
