The people was so nice and friendly they asked me if I need help let them know. I pick out a pair of shoes and the lady help me. I definitely coming back next year.

My particular experience is super bad.
They take a long time to give the devices. This is the fourth time I have written. I have been waiting for more than three months for them to give me my splint. When a doctor prescribes a device, it is because the patient needs it. I think it is a lack of professional ethics.

People work, or rather a person with a lack of professionalism, an apparent incident with a client, she has assumed it personally, in November 2020, I was in contact with that salesperson to manage my diabetic shoes, at her Appreciation I had to pay for it, I called my insurance and they clarified and confirmed that I should not pay, that this lady if she had any doubts should call the insurance and they would clarify, she without any intention of helping to resolve the situation told me no would call. Reason why I decided not to continue in this place doing my paperwork.
This week, thinking that it was worth it, my friend returned to that office and I went with her, my friend mistakenly asked for this salesperson, who, it was evident that since she had no alternative, she greeted my friend, but when the time came to Do the process, send it to another seller to attend to us. Demonstrating total lack of courtesy, education and professionalism.
I personally never return to this place again, and my friend this will be the last procedure, because she has already started what she will do in that place.
And our negative opinion, about how unpleasant it is to visit this place, we will always expose it. We remember that a negative opinion is worth 100 positive.
To treat and serve the public, one must be flexible, cooperative, friendly and always willing to solve the problem, not create another problem.

Definitely worst place ever. Very unprofessional people working there. Looks you have dogs working there barking at people. How can you have people working there with no manners? Hopefully you go out of business.

I’m sure this store serves the need of the community needing orthopedic supplies. What I don’t understand is why I must wait to be called in order to purchase a pair of compression hose that are on the display racks and there are two people sitting behind the desk. I’m not here for a shoe fitting. I don’t need to be measured. The store happened to be in the are I was at the time. Needless to say, I put them back on the rack and found another store to make my purchase.

I have had the opportunity to be served by them and the service has been more than excellent. It has been first class. Very kind people and always willing to help you. I won't change them. Thank you for your time. I highly recommend them.
