To put it simply John (the owner) and the team at racers edge are pros at what they do. They offered me exceptional service throughout my bike fitting/buying process and made sure to get every tiny detail perfect. It felt like I was a pro athlete with my own personal team working with me every step of the way, which is a pretty cool experience.

I cannot recommend this shop enough to anyone looking for a high end bike. You tell them what your goals are, your budget, then they give you the best possible set up and spend hours attuning it to your body. John's owned the business for 20+ years and it shows. The time and stress saved knowing i've got a guy with that sort of experience working hands on with me is immensely valuable on its own. I don't think there are many out there with that sort of experience (especially offering services to the public)

Good people. First time dropping in & just needed some stem bolts, they let me have a set on the house. It’s a small item but to me it was a big gesture. I will definitely be back for all my cycling needs

A very high quality bike shop. I got fitted here, and John was so informative and knowledgeable about all things bikes. They have also been working with me over the last several months to help me find the right saddle. I am extremely appreciative as they have been so patient, exchanging one saddle for another, and giving me the time to thoroughly test each one. (I think I found "the one"!) I will always come back here for my bike needs. They truly care about their customers, and I really couldn't recommend them enough.

I did not have a good experience, I went from Puerto Rico to buy a frame that they told me by phone that they had it for sale available. When I arrived at the store they did not sell it to me, giving me an excuse that they did not sell only the complete bike mounted and had it available It has an attentive and pleasant staff I hope they do not have to deal with the owner is not a good host and has no word the worst you can find in service. I do not recommend them

This is one of the finest bike shops I've ever been to. Their knowledge of the products available and unique fitting expertise puts them heads and shoulders above other local shops. They are never too busy to answer all of your questions and take the time to educate you on your new purchase.

Just bought a 2021 Specialized road bike from Racer's Edge. I upgraded from a much more entry level bike so I was intimidated at first, going to a store with such high end bikes. My experience from start to finish was superb. I felt like I was joining their family, and I always felt like 100% attention was being given to me. I went in for an initial consultation and John, the owner, did not try to upsell me on anything. He simply presented options and allowed me to choose what I was comfortable with. In total for the consultation and the delivery of the bike, they spent a total of 6 hours with me going over every aspect of the bike and how I can improve my biking experience. I would give 11/10 if possible.

In a world filled with bike shops that are overwhelmed, these guys rise to the top. Purchased a set of Fulcrum wheels from a friend locally and was missing small dust cap for the hub. Scott, relentlessly took time out of his day to not only source the part from the manufacturer.but updated me every step of the process via their two-way texting service. Service like this is what keeps people coming back.

Went here to purchase my Specialized road bike and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I love my Aethos road bike, super light frame and it has such a smooth ride. I sometimes take this bike for 40 miles and I feel like I can push for another 40. The efficiency of the design is like no other. I also really love the simplicity. Racers Edge is by far the best bike store in south fl. Service, selection and price they have the competitor beaten by miles.

Best place if you want an amazing and knowledgeable service. Bought my shoes and bmc bike years ago. Came back 5 years later for a quick cleat adjustment and it was spot on, exactly where needed. No more knee discomfort. John is amazing and its truly family business. I will take 45 min drive any day for these guys. Best bike fitter in the area for sure

If I could pick more than 5 stars I would. John and staff were absolutely incredible. Was referred by my coach Pat to come visit John for a fitting and must I say the best decision I could've made! The overall experience was amazing. John sat down with me prior to the fitting and had a thorough evaluation of my cycling routine and how I felt on the bike. Afterwards we started the process and every time an adjustment was made the bike felt better and better. Rode today following the fit and the proof is in the pudding. These guys are the real deal! Thanks again John I appreciate everything. I would refer anyone and everyone to check out this shop!
