Rude managers they need to get rid of them. So nasty when you ask a question. Whats the point of showing up to work if your going to be rude all the time.

FALSE ADVERTISING!
They have a special on cigarettes if you use the Racetrack app.
$2 off when you buy 2 packs.there are signs all over the place advertising this. However when you when you try to use the code on the app it only gives you 50c off. Every time I've purchased cigarettes it is a battle to get the advertised discount. They eventually override this and give the $2 off but you have to debate this with the staff and point out the signs. The customers behind have to wait as all this gets sorted which makes the whole experience unpleasant.
On the last occasion the Manager actually said that they would give the $2 off on this one time but not in the future.
RACETRACK, either fix the app or train the staff better!

Went in gor a coke a cola icee and walked up to the register and set it down she said is that all i said yes she said okay have a nive day it is free.

Multi billion-dollar business go and spend $11.18 and they refused to give you change they want you to round up to the next number but they won't round down always going out of my way to come to Racetrac now I'm going to go out of my way to go away from racetrack

I went there at lunch time an the bathroom was closed for cleaning I really had to piss but the coffees still good

Stopped in on Christmas Day around 4: 30 and purchased a soda and lottery tickets and some scratch offs. The lotto tickets were correct, however the scratch offs were not. I was not given all that I paid for. At the end of the clerks shift she should be $10 over in lottery scratch off balancing.
I should have did less talking and paid more attention to the tickets that I was given.

Got bad gas from this race trac never had any problems with my car and has quite on me 3 time shortly after filling up here

Gas pump did not click when tank was full. Toilet did not flush in men's room. No fresh donuts at any of the Race Tracks any longer. Updates: They have donuts now. No soap in the men's room.

Employee walked out of the men's bathroom after a bowel movement and walk straight out without washing his hands. When I came out, he was handling people's food purchases. They should probably train their employees to wash their hands.

Usually a good stop for us but today the Girls room was roped off. My husband stood guard while I used the men’s room. After he used it, he agreed that it was not clean! Definitely not up to RaceTrac usual standards. If it’s like this the next time we come (every weekend), this place will be history!

Gas pump I was at wouldn't stop pumping gas, ran in to tell the attendant and she did nothing. Ran back out and hit the emergency off button, and within a couple of minutes, without checking the pump I was at, they turned the gas back on.

Stopped here to fill up with gas before hitting I75. It was pretty clean overall but the amount of items in the store wasn't as plentiful as I would have expected for the size of the store. The slushy machines were either empty or low.

Bright stop along the road trip. All smiles inside with friendly service and tasty treats to choose from. Overheard: “Man, I came in here for 2 hot dogs and instead I’m leaving with a fancy coffee and this ice cream! ”

Great location right off the interstate. Large store, great selection, and most importantly, clean bathrooms.

Customer Service is hit or miss otherwise it is a gas station. The hot food is very pricey for such low quality food. Their beer is pricey too. Stick to the gas.yet I’ve read negative reviews that some people have left too. They’re not even the best priced gas most of the time.

The women working the register, was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to that gas station ever. She did not even have the nerve to say excuse me, she said, “you can’t even get out of my way. ” She had 2 braids in her hair and looked around the age of 50. I have never seen such rude behavior from an adult.

The gas is bad. It is a bright green. And I am currently broken down on the side of the road. And now I have to fix my gas tank

They really have issues with water in the coffee area sink that should have been fixed a long time ago. It's been this way for about 2 months now. Who want's to wash their personal coffee cup in a bathroom sink where people spit? NOT ME!

They also have a large soda, beer & dairy cooler. The coffee is always fresh and they usually have several varieties at all times.
The restrooms are clean and stocked as well as the rest of the store. This makes me feel that the remainder of the store is clean.
