Watch the prices when you’re making a purchase. They up-charged me on my purchase…and when I inquired about the over priced item, I was told the store hasn’t updated the price on the ticket yet but the cash register has the right price ‍️. HELLO Technically that’s stealing. If you charge more than the ticket price RACE TRAC YOU ARE STEALING FROM YOUR customers!

The pumps are super slow. My rewards never works. I don't think racetrac cares if we shop here or not. The employees don't care I know that!

You serve prepared food here but you don’t have working bathrooms for customers or employees to wash hands. That’s disgusting. During this time of covid that’s both disgusting and dangerous to the public. Everything in the 103rd Street area I’ve noticed is gross like that. No hygiene standards at all ‍️ I’d rather starve than try to eat a hot dog prepared here since I know their hands weren’t washed first

This place is always closed after 7pm. They don’t have enough employees to stay open because no one wants to work. Make the wages go up a little and stay open till 12am. You guys are seriously losing a lot of business hiring down so early. I can always depend on gate gas station right next door for late night snakes a drink and some gas but race track I can not. What a shame it the first business right outside of neighborhood with over 3000 residents behind it. Think about it mr.owner

It’s a nice gas station just can’t believe they want people to bring in their own styrofoam cups to reuse with covid going around. You can not wash styrofoam like metal or plastic, not very hygienic at all. Will never use their soda machines and will let everyone know how dirty that is.

Dirty. Bathrooms closed. Employees were not friendly or helpful. I gave a second star only because the young man actually smiled and was polite.

I pass this place all the time and probably have stopped here to get gas a few times as well, but not much.

This last time before heading a bit out of Jacksonville - I stopped to fill up and to pick up gas station food. All the pumps were taken and they have a ton here. My wife grabbed a few slices of pizza and two chicken sandwiches.

Not sure if I was starving or if they were really good but those chicken sandwiches were off the chain! I'll have to give them another try one day.

Great people. They have an amazing selection of cold drinks, slushies, ice creams, etc. They have the best condiment bars for your hotdog or burger and ice cream.

They lock the doors at night and have a box to buy things through, but when I pressed the button no attendant came. I pressed twice and waited. Might as well just close the store and turn the lights out instead of wasting people's time.

Closed at 430 am due to under staffed? 3 employee cars in the lot. Seems they are lazy and don’t want business. Fine by me

Save your time and go to the Wawa around the corner. I live down the street and the store is almost always closed, no matter the time of day. Even when you can actually get inside to buy anything the staff is almost always too busy playing on their phones to pay attention to anything.

THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLOSED! AND RANDOMLY JUDT SHUTS DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. I WORK NEAR IT AND GET SLAMMED WITH CUSTOMERS EVERY TIME THEY'RE NOT OPEN! I WANT TO QUIT MY JOB BECAUSE THEY CAN'T DO THEIRS

I will start with the bad and end with why they received the 2 stars. I am a manager of a Circle K. I pride myself in making my products and service available. If I had a call out or needed new staffing, you either hire or get someone in there even if it means it being yourself. Or heres a clue make your day start earlier so that you can be open by 4am for those early morning customer that do not work 9am-5pm. Now why they received the 2 stars, if you go when they are open the store is always clean amd the staff is nice.

Worst racetrack ever. Wait 15 minutes to get to the window I didn’t expect to have to use and find out they are too cheap to hire help and then their system crashes. Hit up the gate right down the way.

I came in here yesterday afternoon to get gas and I was having a kind of a bad day and the cashier Artavious was so kind and welcoming to me he literally made me forget that I was even having a bad day his energy and personality just wowed me from the door he deserves a raise or a promotion! I had a really good experience here a better experience than I’ve had at any store in a really long time thanks to him I’ll definitely be back!

I would rate it 5 stars. But on several occasions the store is randomly closed in the morning. This is very frustrating

Do not go here after 11. They are close until 530. The lady on shift says she need help and there is no help. I'm tired of wasting gas coming to this store. They are never open at night.
