Cashier told me they were closed and gave no reason why. I watched the cashier turn away an older lady who only needed the restroom

I used to like coming to this one becuase it in the middle when i travel. I always get gas an like to pay at pump but these past few times it wont let me outside but when i come inside the line is wrapped around store one cashier. If i wanted to come inside an spend 30 mins for one thing then i go stand at a dollar store.

Came to get gas and use the restroom. The cashier was not wearing a mask and all customers in line with the exception of one were also not wearing masks. With the rising number of covid cases this is very irresponsible. They should enforce mask usage starting with the employees. Not going back there again.

Great service by the lady in the cashier (Yanairis) very patient and helpful. I was having a bad day until walk into the store and I just hear somebody say welcome man what a beautiful smile it’s funny how a smile can change your mood thank you and I will come back very soon.

Worst customer service ever. I went in with my emotional support dog to buy a drink real quick and within 20 seconds I had a roided out worker named Rico in my face threatening to call the police. I decided to leave after being frightened by this large man. Very displeased by the whole staff. I wasn’t even given the number to call After asking and when I called the store Rico awnsered and hung up on me multiple times. I may never use racetrack after this horrible and terrifying experience.

Dishonest night staff deliberately giving out incorrect change pretending it is a mistake. Night Staff ignores you and just keeps either talking with their many friends about their panties/pants size (very disturbing having to hear this conversation and not being attended to as a customer). And staff is not only young but incredibly immature: Even young people know you should NOT invite freinds over to chill with you when your at the workplace. Their products are good but negligent hiring practices leading to unprofessional night shift behavior which ARE Sexual Harrassment and Attempted theft by Store employees against the customer: Count your change do not trust the night shift and if you see them there hanging out flirting with the many other Young People they invite (instead of attending to you as a customer) you can REPORT IT TO CORPORATE.

I always go to RaceTrac to get Free Drinks for beening Sultan of Soda for shopping at RaceTrac so much.

Kayla (from NY) She does not know how to treat people; on sunday 5/29/18 I finished working at 9pm I went to Race Trac to buy a soda, she told me not to touch anything just because she saw me dirty.

They always close. Early. Then i go the one in Poinciana they always open 24hrs.they need to be open 24hrs

I usually come here when i get off my shift to get coffee and morgan is always greeting me with a nice smile! I wish every racetrac had a morgan

Always clean and well maintained, the coffee is really good and they have a variety of cream which i love compare to wawa. So far i have a good experience every time i go.

Was there around 2: 00 am and there was absolutely NO COFFEE! I was riding with my truck driving partner, and they had no coffee. We left. We just left and went to a WaWa. THEY had coffee.

Bad attend, freeze people.not professional and very arrogant, not respect old people. Never I back this store again.

I enjoy this place alot since they sometimes have clean bathrooms, the gas pumps have a huge amount of space, and they usually stock the frozen yogurt sample cups

Super busy after Irma but they store was clean and everyone was nice. Made my 2nd day without power better. Hope all the people who work here didn't have any issues from the storm and a huge Thank you for being open.

The staff is unbelievable always smiling always happy and always ready to help. Thank you guys. Always fresh coffee and the place is clean
