RaceTrac, Fort Myers FL

Not the best Race Track, but not the worst that i've been to. At least their food items are usually stocked. It looks like they only use self-checkout registers now, which is annoying as I like to stop here after work for a beer, and they need to have a cashier authorize the transaction. Sometimes there isn't a cashier available and you have to wait, defeating the purpose of a self-checkout in the first place. I've been going to the 7-Eleven further down the road past I-75 lately instead.

If you are in the business of selling gas you need pumps that work. Bathroom dirty, one person at the register, line out the door. 1 star because can't give a 0.

Half the pumps dont work at any given time. Good luck rolling the dice here. My last trip for sure.

The assistant manager Cierra is rude and unprofessional. This station is always I'll stocked and dirty. Better off anywhere else besides its where people released from jail hang out.

Could use a deep clean in and out the store and the bathroom their is always some type of liquid on the floors so you can prolly guess what it is.

Supposed to be open 24 hours yet there is usually a paper sign put on the door saying closed. Done with race trac

Really disappointed in today's visit. All the employees are great, except the general manager. She wasn't rude, she was straight up mean, entitled, & disrespectful.

Card readers don't work, auto-shutoff on pump won't hold, pump doesn't give receipts, customers 9 deep at check out with one clerk. In short, this place has gone to hell. Total lack of supervision and maintenance.

Plenty of fuel pumps, good selection of food/drinks. Absolutely terrible, slow customer service. Long line of people at the counter and workers were doing other stuff instead of checking out customers.

Can’t even compete with the oldest circle-k or 7/11 in lee county, not a single door that either closes all the way or locks, 1 “working” sink that shoots out water that splatters on you, no paper towels, hardly stocked and half the machines were covered in old soda, food, and dirt.

Third thrift manager is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. Never will I come back here, telling me I’m rude when she’s chitchatting with her coworkers instead of helping the customer.

Terrible rude manager. I've been going here everyday while working. Getting cigarettes and food. I purchased a racetrac cup and sometimes get ice water. When at register in front of alot of customers was asked to show what was in my cup not believing me. I feel violated and said commly.ive been coming here everyday and I don't need to be harassed.

Staff is rude af! One of their staff members was shouting across the gas station saying “Hey! It’s closed” referring to their frozen yogurt while everything was still up and running like it’s open. The staff don’t know how to communicate. It’s over all a very rude unpleasant environment created BY THE STAFF. Last time I’m coming to this Racetrack.

Employee "Neisha" very rude and had to argue about how much gas I was purchasing. Usally this is one of the better gas stations. I won't be spending anymore money here.

Filthy floors, no expiration dates on creamer, rude unfriendly staff that don’t greet customers. I once stopped here to get ice cream for myself and kids and the machine was broke. So I purchased a pint of ice cream from the freezer. The cashier rudely said to the other cashier” Wow she’s really going to buy this for $5 when she can just go to Walmart! ” And laughed all While I’m standing right in front of her. Very unprofessional and none of her concern how I choose to spend my money. One should be happy I even decided to spend money there after I realized the machine was broke. Choose your staff wisely and set higher expectations they are the face of your business!
I’ll stick to my racetrack on colonial and the one on 41 across from Burlington. They are always a pleasure to visit and friendly! Or even better yet WaWa

This is by far the most horrible racetrack ever, the employees are rude slow and do not care people have to go to work. Breakfast sandwiches are alwaay cold. I suggest going elsewhere

This place is the worst racetrack I've ever been to the people are rude they don't care about regular people and their air don't work and so nobody would even offer me a jack to change my tire since there air didn't work they were rude all I was doing was heading home after work trying to get back to my family people suck here I'll never come back to another RaceTrac again

The store is always clean and the kids love to go there for the ice cream. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is there are always long lines when I am there and only one register is open. They have more registers and need to start staffing the place to open more.

We love to buy lunch here! The outside cafe tables are a delightful place to eat. The self serve ice cream is a nice treat.

Safe place to stop and get gas while traveling south bound l-75 to Naples or Miami. Located right off highway and easy access back to highway.
