A good selection of shoes although a little pricey with some of the product, you can find a bargain

Was trying to order a type of shoe online that was not in store through the assistant manager and was very unhappy with the service I received. The employee was nice, but assistant manager was rude to the staff and customers. I didn’t even want to spend money and support how they are treating their customers, so I cancelled my entire order and left.

Poor nasty service. I was very upset especially per their own policy to price match puma had the same shoes for 30 dollars less and the manger Steven proceeded to jump down my throat. I will be contacting corporate

I had a really good experience at Rack Room Shoes in Citrus Park Mall and it was all because of the friendly and knowledgeable employees who work there. I was looking for a comfortable pair of tennis shoes for standing all day at work and the employees went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of shoes. I bought insoles to go with them for extra support and they work like a dream! My feet don't hurt when I'm at work and that's so important to me! Also, it was close to closing time when I went in there and I know they were probably tired after being on their feet all day, but they never let it show! They were just as friendly and helpful and attentive as if I was the first customer of the day!

Excellent! I have been buying shoes and socks at Rack Room for years and will continue to do so.

Top notch customer service. The store is always clean and well organized. There's a great selection of inventory.

Staff is horrible especially the managers. I bought sneakers online for my kids and used my rewards with the Bogo, had no problems with the purchase online. The sneakers came and 1 pair was too small soo we went to the store to see if they had the right size or for an even exchange. They didn't have the size so we just decided on a different pair. We go to checkout and the lady returns the small pair from the online order and rings up the new pair that was the exact same price but for some reason we owed 27$ how does that make sense? ! I tried explaining that I used both of my rewards that I've earned and that's why the price was soo low online but they said they couldn't do anything about it. To save my frustration I just paid the difference and than made a call to customer service. Which fixed the issue and refunded the money back to me. This is the second issue I have had coming to this location. The workers dont care about helping you and bad attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This location located inside citrus park mall is awesome. Very large store and great variety. Great clearance area and usually there's Bogo. Buy one and other 50% off. When u have kids and the back to school is here they are the best.

Usually I have a very pleasant experience here, however today was not the case. I walked into the store at 8: 47pm, 13 minutes before closing. I am aware that the store and the mall close at 9, but I just stopped in to take a quick look. As soon as I walked in there was an employee just standing there watching the doors and she rudely tells me "we close in 10 minutes. " No hello or anything. I continue into the store and notice that the employee is walking around, biting her nails, and sighing, not helping the plenty of other customers in the store shopping. I get that she was probably tired and wanted to go home, but she could have at least made herself useful, and that is never any reason to have an attitude and give terrible customer service.very disappointing.
