Rack Room Shoes, Delray Beach FL

Pro-Tip if you need Crocs go next store to Marshels they are $12-$20 instead of $50. They have a good shoe selection but there isn’t anything special nor are you saving much by going there. I would rather go online.

I want to give a shout-out to Gary (employee at this store). Went into the store looking for shoes and thankfully Gary was there to help us. I almost purchased a pair of shoes that were two different sizes in the same box. Gary checked the shoes before I bought them and caught this just in Time. He went and checked for the correct shoe and since he couldn’t find it he helped us order them. He made this experience wonderful. I left the store happy with new shoes. Thanks Gary for the quality service.

I always look in Rack Room because of buying one pair and getting a second half off. Plus they have sales. But, they mostly have sneakers for working out, hiking, sports.which is great, but I usually need a dressier shoe. Sometimes they have it but mostly no. However I check thm out. If I see something in the store, I'll try it on (different brands seem to ft different) so I'll get the size and name so if they don't have a color I need or if I like but can't find my size, and can guess, I go online and there is more of a variety. Usually. And I think more brands. I'm assuming that rack room carry last year's styles (which I don't care) and maybe the ones that didn't sell. But there are a lot of shoes in one place to look at. They carry kids shoes as well. Socks also. I hope that the sales staff do work on commission because I often have to walk out and shop online. And.you get points with your purchases. So it adds up if you buy a lot of shoes.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP FOR SHOES. NOTHING IS ORGANIZED. YOU MEED TO SEARCH UP AND DOWN THE AISLES. NO HELP FROM SALES PEOPLE. WILL NOT GO BSCK THERE.

Decent selection and clean store. Fast checkout. I found some very comfortable shoes on my visit.

Beware not all the shoes are buy one get one half off anymore! Certain shoes are only allowed for the first purchase and not discounted on the second.

They were having a sale buy1 and get the 2nd.pair half off, so we saved $45.00 over all and that made me happy.

My first time in this shop was an emergency because I was in Florida due to a hospitalized family member. After two days I realized that my sandals were the only footwear I had brought. A pending rainstorm put me in a panic but Rack Room Shoes saved my poor feet. I bought two pair of great sneakers here. They were ironically perfectly padded for my flat feet and very comfortable!

Website says open at 11, but really opens at 12. Salesperson says many have complained, best she could offer is to “call corporate”. Nice!
