I always have a great experience when I visit. Even with the store still progressing they usually always have what I need. And if they don’t I’m able to leave a suggestion, which is taken into account. And I’m also treated well as a customer. All in all it’s a great addition to the community.

Great store! The woman greeted my boyfriend and I right as we walked in and knowledgeable enough to answer any of our questions about the products. Would recommend!

Worsts experience ever, I went in this astablishment Thursday morning five weeks ago, the young women was the most disrespectful verbally and in disposition, also never tried to help me and I asked if she could help me out, she argued to no avail, paid more attention to what she was reading than customer service, I ended up asking if there was anyone else that might be able to assist me, and she really became aggressive and mouthy, I did tell her, that her customer service was horrible and I would like to report it she never closed her mouth, I decided to drive a hour before given her my money, since then I have called several times for owner to no avail, but was told I could reach her through face book, that person that answers the phone during later shift was very sweet, so I just decided to leave this review. I would never give bad information unless it warranted service.

This is a small beauty store not much to offer but that wasn’t even my issues! I am waiting to take my drivers license picture at the DMV behind this shop and my lashes started to come off so I hurry over here to save my day. I accidentally picked up lash remover mistaken it for glue I had came back in the shop a few min later just wanting to exchanged or get a refund for the lash remover & I was unable to do that & had to repurchase the glue! They got me once’s but I won’t ever be going here ever again bad business

This beauty supply store has everythingg I be looking for nd for good prices cause I’m ballin on a budget. That lovely lady Audrey is always working to help me find everything I need nd actually takes the time to help me find what would look best on me. Staff is so sweet 10/10

Radiance Beauty is THEEE beauty supply in the Greater Tampa area! I was blissfully welcomed in by the lovely Audrey upon arrival and she was such a wonderful help! She truly was amazing and has SUPERB customer service skills. The owner, Tish, truly was amazing and was completely helpful when it came to finding the perfect lace front for my night out on the town in Ybor! 1000% recommended to anyone! I really really really tried to like the store. I have to agree with the other reviews on the lack of customer service. Not only that but even the lack of knowledge. One time I asked the young girl for neutralizing shampoo and she asked me what’s that. Lol. BUT because I wanted to give this store another try I went back 2 more times. Bottom line…. The store is overpriced and I’m sure because they’re a monopoly in the area. There’s no other store local. So you pay for convenience. Also lack of product availability. I can say I had a more pleasant customer service experience when the owner was there. I more than likely will continue driving to Brandon to the warehouse beauty store next to Burlingtons. No love lost. Just a honest review.

Great customer service. I walked in with my wife, nieces, & nephew and the store clerk was very attentive and helpful. We were super excited to find a local beauty supply store with the products we love! Most definitely would recommend! 5 ️’s

As much as I want to support black business, the lack of customer service skills that my people possess is beyond me, and I experienced this here. As stated in other reviews, I was not greeted when I entered the store, wasn't asked if I needed help while looking for a particular product, nor asked if I found everything ok when checking out. This woman made ZERO eye contact with me and said NOTHING until she gave me my total. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere where I know I'm valued.

The shop is really cute and clean, however I wasn't even acknowledged as I walked in the door. I even said hello to the employee at the counter. I was the only customer there. Looked around for a bit. Saw a few wigs I would like to have tried on but she was too busy video chatting so I left.
