What a joke when it comes to customer service. Regular 10 minute minimum waits at the drive thru, and that's after you send your stuff in the tube.

Everyone at radiant credit Union has a nice wonderful personality and every problem I have they solved it.

-10 the overall service Radiant gets worse with each passing month. I have been a customer for 13 years and I believe they have never had poorer customer interactions. Update 3/20/2023 today they cancelled my free monitoring, but they have sent several emails offering for a paid service, and offered me many pre approved loans. I have had FREE credit monitoring from the other credit union since I opened our accounts last year, the other credit union also gave me a card with $10,000.for when I need. I really see need to pay for what the best credit union gives me but thanks for all the emails.

My close friends told me they had been with Radiant Credit Union for 20 years and had great service. I did a bit of research myself and read the many 5 star reviews. I recently opened new accounts there and was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the tellers and the branch manager. It was a Saturday and a lot people came and went after their banking. I'm looking forward to being a Radiant customer & shareholder. I left a major bank after enough problems to bug anybody. The Radiant branch near me is larger than most bank lobbies. I'm a service disabled Marine veteran and looking forward to the benefits of being a credit union member.

I am Deborah Lee and I have been a member for a couple of years. I came to get a vehicle loan this past week and Angel Dem Valle was the banker helping me. He did a fabulous job. He was informative, positive, welcoming, he is a great person overall. Angel made my first experience getting a loan so settling and easy. He made sure that I understood everything he was saying. He was able to answer every question I had. Angel is an amazing employee and I appreciate him so much.

This is my first time opening account with a credit union Ashley at the Gainesville branch was awesome every question I asked she had an answer for everything that I needed was taken care of I talked to her about how could I fix my credit finding out what creditors I owed you know trying to get my credit right to get my credit score up she gave me all of the information that I needed I am really big on customer service and she was awesome all the way around I could not have asked for a better representative or Better Credit Union than the radiant. So thanks Ashley.

We went in because my mother in law passed away. We tried to make sure there was enough money to take care of car payments till we could get the estate settled. Was trying to do the right thing but wouldn't help at all didnt want money was trying to give it. As if we weren't going thru enough already. Bet they won't waste any time reprocessing it.

My most recent experience with Radiant Credit Union involved my acceptance of an offer of credit. I walked into my local branch to make a deposit and the service representative - I've forgotten her name - handled that request. She also started the process of processing the new credit card offer and also informed me of a savings account benefit which I subsequently enrolled in.

Then John Lombardi, Lending Center Representative for Radiant, fulfilled my request for a new credit card. He also took care of all the processing of my previous credit card so that I did not have to make another call. Additionally, John was very professional, courteous and friendly.

I am happy and satisfied that my last interaction with Radiant Credit Union was a pleasant one, and I look forward to more of the same for years to come.

Kaitlyn, Dane, and Angel were so pleasant, professional and very helpful. Angel was very knowledgeable about loans and gave me a clear path in securing one. Kaitlyn and Dane were amazing tellers and they helped me in organizing my funds. Go see them if you want personal next-door neighbor service!

Complete trash! I strongly advise you bank with anyone else. Service is terrible. Tellers give out false information. Their electronic platforms will not connect to any other financial institutions. Honestly I don't think it could be any worse

No better banking institution anywhere in Gainesville. Tarrin Kirby is great to work with as well all the staff.
