16The folks at Radificu are the best! Jason in the fraud department and Jennifer Bendetti at the Beaches office really helped us out. I so appreciate it that they still have brick and mortar branches where you can speak with a real person (who is not in a box somewhere far away!).
I needed a replacement card and instead of sending a replacement card to my address they CLOSED my line of credit and opened a NEW LINE OF CREDIT without my permission of course. I only asked for a replacement lost card. This of course impacted my credit negatively, increased number of closed accounts, lowered the age of my total credit. Absolutely UNETHICAL practices. This representative was likely given commission for opening a new line of credit, at my expense of course. This is why I hate this bank.
Jennifer was very professional and responsive to my loan needs. She offered extra benefits and cost saving ideas.
Theron has always put me first when I enter the CU branch. He advised me through the process.

Prepare to be locked out of your debit /credit card after business hours when no one is available to assist you, and no one in-town to call; rendering your card useless at the most inconvenient times. Has happened multiple times over the years it may be time to switch to another company, which is sad as I’ve been here since 2002.
This Credit Union is Very Friendly, Secure and the rates are exceptional! I’m 66 and was able to complete the Online Application and Enrollment onto Online Banking. Radifi Gets an A+
