Excellent service, friendly staff and clean. The imaging center is located in a good neighborhood.

I would have rated this 5 stars, but I was told to arrive at 7: 10 for a 7: 40 appointment, and the office doesn’t even open until 7: 30. However, once they opened, I was greeted and checked in by a friendly and efficient staff member. I don’t remember his name. Right at 7: 40 I was taken back for my ultrasound. I don’t remember her name (maybe Desiree), but she was great. She was fast, explained everything, and was very friendly. She got me in and out quickly. I see some reviews of people waiting for long periods of time in the waiting room. The waiting room was very full when I left, so I imagine if you aren’t the first appointment, you might wait longer out there. I would use this location again, even having had an hour drive to get there.

There was joy beyond words and tears of happiness knowing we were about to see our Baby for the first time Desiree make sure we got taken care of after having an error with the paper work from our Doctors office. We will be coming back to this same location even thou we stay in Lakeland! Forever Grateful for Desiree and the whole staff.

Desiree was amazing! Super kind, funny, attentive, overall a great experience! I drove an hr and 30 mins for my appointment, and I would definitely do it again. She deserves all the accolades!

We had Desiree as our person that did our scans, she was super sweet an made me feel very comfortable, loved her vibe an she knew how to keep good conversation, all around loved having her

Tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment and finally with the help of my insurance company I found a place willing to return my phone call.
Cathryn at ext 347 should not be in this business and be terminated immediately.
She solely books and is responsible for the CTA scans. She told me she was waiting on insurance approval. I asked it it would help if I called, she said it might. I called, insurance approval not needed, I called her back within 10 minutes of our conversation and as usual got voicemail. I called 3 times and left voicemails, no return call. After I finally got in touch, she had no recollection of our conversation and then told me she was waiting on insurance approval again!
You can’t make this stuff up.
Go somewhere else or you may die before you can get the test you need.

Long waiting time. Got here at 7: 30am for my appointment scheduled at 8: 00am and waited past 8: 30am; I was the first one in the office this morning and they called people that came after me, if you can select another lab don’t hesitate to go somewhere else

Long wait and No sympathy only wants to charge your insurance all they care about is money and wants to argue with the patient right or wrong you do not argue with the patient you there to help. This is the Kissimmee office 3016 Dyer blvd.

Long wait in waiting room! False information, after long wait roughly2 hours, staff said I will be seen in half- hour, after 1 hour, I went back to desk, he blatantly said, do you want me to reschedule? "
He then moved on to the other patients. I went to a Christian person's desk and explained I had been here since my appointment time. She said, "Let me go talk to the tech. " It seems like she if she went for lunch, but she did return after about 20 minutes and got me in and got the process started. The techs were very sweet and the room was very clean.

Because fast service should be a priority and because great costumer service should be a must every day not just when ever the staff feels like it

Do not go here for an ultrasound. Technician showed no sympathy for first time parents and did not even allow the father at first to be in the room. She was very abrupt and rushed us and she mentioned” all I’m here is to take my measurements and do my job” she didn’t even share the screen with my wife. Other imaging centers were so kind and let us see everything! We only had to go here as our usual RIS was booked passed the allotted time our OB needed to see my wife. She mentioned she was the only one working. My recommendation is for the 3 people just sitting at the front desk to be dual roles (get your schooling/license) and help as needed. I will not recommend this place for an ultrasound at all! Seek other imaging centers.

Excellent place to carry out the studies, the front desk is very friendly, those who carry out the studies explain very well what they are going to do. I recommend them 100%

My experience was fatal in this Clinic, not with all the staff, but the lack of seriousness. Something incredible

Needed a CT scan. Every appointment, there was always an issue. Was told by RIS each time that my authorization was invalid and have to reschedule even when I called my insurance directly and they said it was valid. Never proceeded to get my CT and went to SimonMed where they did all the work in a day. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with RIS.

My appointment was at 11: 30. I arrived at 11 for check in, had an ultrasound and was back in my car at 11: 30! Fast and easy check. Very friendly staff!

Arrived very early. Shon at the front desk went the extra mile to find my referral since the system weren’t showing one. I was nervous about being turned away since I drove all the way from Kissimmee for this appointment but Shon searched and searched until she found the information so I was very satisfied with that eagerness she displayed to insure I was taking care off. Thank YOU.
