The person who administered my mammogram was professional and created a casual, stress-free atmosphere. The results were quickly available.

Regina was kind, understanding, thoughtful and helpful. And the experience was more helpful and calming than I thought, walked out feeling good.

The staff here is always friendly and kind. I'm generally nervous when having to do an MRI or a CTScan and they are so kind and take the time to make you feel comfortable - they never rush you and I feel completely safe. A great team of professionals.

The service here is very prompt and considerate. It is a very comfortable environment for a mammogram and the technician was very kind.

St. Augustine Imaging (aka Radiology Assoc.), has been my imaging center for many, many years.
Always easy to check in, appointments are on time and done by real pros, some tests are “walk-in”,
Nothing is perfect, but 99% of the staff really tries to be helpful, kind and compassionate, and results are dependable. I like that my tests are all in one place.
Insurance/billing issues arise, which happens in all medical offices, but they try to help.
They provide portal, emailed test results, hard copies and cd’s requested.
Thank you Jennifer tech, Jennifer front desk, Jeannie and Annette (managers amazing), Andy who always treats patients with dignity and respect (he’s fun too!), and all staff with great work and people skills!

I was scheduled for three different procedures with ample time for each. They were completed one after another in different rooms with different technicians in record time! Check in is always quick and easy and I had a very short wait time! The technicians are super friendly, easy to talk too and make me feel comfortable! I have been a satisfied patient since I moved to St. Augustine, five years ago!

This is my second time I've been to this office. The staff are awesome and great to work with. They were right on schedule just like last time.

I have found Radiology Associates to be very easy to work with when it comes to having my imaging done. I received the pre-appointment link to complete online and it was very easy to do. When I came in for the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and answered several questions that I had. My technician made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My last 3 imaging sessions have been here and all 3 have been the same way. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make me feel very much at ease. I appreciate their assistance and courtesy and highly recommend them.

The staff from the front desk to the technician’s were amazing! I was very worried about my procedure and everyone made me feel at ease. They all were very comforting and showed compassion. I will be returning to this facility going forward. Thank you once again!
