Highly recommend. Love, online pre-registration which speeds the process up. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Only waited five minutes in the waiting room. Everyone was very experienced. Very friendly and very efficient. Excellent experience.

Great location, friendly and professional staff. I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.

Very organized, seen in a timely manner. However, you really need to have someone spend some time in the parking lot doing some trimming and cleaning. My wife and I have been there twice in the last two weeks and both times, there is trash including a used diaper that has been in the same spot both times. As well there is plant the requires you to go into the parking lot to get around it. This is the first impression of your business that people get. Just thought you should know.

I have been here several times and even though the building is older and the waiting room isn’t fancy…. The equipment is up to date and the staff have always been friendly.

Always a comfortable, easy, pleasant, efficient and effective experience. That includes the facility, front desk, nursing staff, radiology folks, and any others are competent and friendly and vary professional. It’s a never question my being directed to their facilities for my scans, etc. (And, there have been many!). Don’t hesitate - use their services!

You have to love a medical service provider that only adds stress to your already-stressful medical condition. Obscure location, no parking, standing room only waiting room, a bunch (5) staff standing behind the desk but not answering phone or addressing patients, a15 minute wait on the phone in queue position one trying to reach someone only to be disconnected, and the best part: to be pre-charged your "estimated" copay, even though you've got an HRA that pays the provider directly once they bill. They're too lazy to bill and wait two weeks for their money, so they treat you like a bail bondsman, withholding your medical care FOR WHICH YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND A PREPAID, FUNDED, HEALTH RESERVE ACCOUNT, if you don't fork up money on the spot. Typical of Florida providers. Actual technician was great, though.

These folks work HARD for your business, comfort, relaxed attitude, and for you to see their professionalism. My experience here has been PERFECT both times I’ve been for an MRI and Mammogram. Pricing is reasonable compared to hospital (wow! Exorbitant pricing at the hospital). Go here! All I can say is choose Radiology Regional.

This review is for Brenda (X-ray technician) at the 805 Del Prado S, Cape Coral location. My appointment was yesterday, October 18th, 2023. From the time Brenda came to the reception area to call me back, and during the entire procedure she was so kind, so sweet, and showed genuine care and interest. She deserves commendation and is truly an asset to Radiology Regional.

I have to stop by and leave my review here because Marysol assisted me today and was more than friendly, professional and in general treated me in total excellence. Many places and companies should have someone as special as her.

I think they are great. Very rarely have an issue. Last time was great. Thinking Meghan was my tech. She was delightful, professional, friendly and just great.

I was treated very professionally, but also very nicely. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. In in less than 20 minutes from arrival to finish was about 18 minutes. Everyone made me feel like I had been there many times before, like we were friends.

Great staff. Well organized and friendly. Even on an extremely busy day the process was easy.
