Radiology Regional, Naples FL

This facility was clean with plenty of seating, the staff was courteous & professional. The assistant and radiologist were both excellent!

Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

They are great people, very professional and kind. Under the stress of the circumstances, it was a blessing to have the images performed in this center. They also were fast, with no waiting time. Also, quick results, and they explained to me. Overall time spent there approx 1 hour. Highly recommended

Went for an MRI, personnel very friendly and courteous. Will go back for my mammogram on Oct. 31.

from the sign in process to the ultra sound tech to Dr. Amatulle.

If you have hours of patience and an entire day of PTO to take for a short medical appointment, feel free to set up camp at Radiology Regional! They expressed no resepct for my time by 1.) Sending ample communications for my appointment being 30 minutes before when their office had me scheduled (so I was an hour early to be on time and fill out paperwork) 2.) Put ANOTHER PATIENT with a later scheduled appointment in the exam room I was scheduled to be in, causing me to wait an extra HOUR for the room I was scheduled for a test which took maybe 15 minutes. 3.) It took multiple trips to the front desk over the 2 hour wait for multiple staff to try to figure out how badly they messed up their communications. They were unapologetic. Save yourself precious time and do not waste yours here.

The experience starts off poorly - like a bad DMV waiting area However, the clinical staff is really excellent. They are caring, polite and highly professional. The make the visit worthwhile

It has always been a great experience at Radiology Regional. Everyone is always professional. James was exceptionally AMAZING and patient. I will be back when the need arises. Blessings.

Kind and caring staff and rarely much of a wait time. Always my 1st choice for tests like Echocardiograms, CT scans, etc.

The staff members were friendly. The woman providing the mammogram was very kind and helpful. She makes you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend the location at 1875 Veterans park dr. To everyone.

First time at This Facility, got in right away and the Technician was friendly and knowledgeable!

However I did not read the fine print before submitting the review.

According to the fine print the company that does the review for radiology, has the right to share this information with third parties or anyone they like, which means to me I will be receiving a lot of junk mail.

Perhaps it is better simply do not participate in any reviews in the future.

I had a great experience visiting Radiology Regional in Naples Florida. Staff was very pleasant and very professional. I was on vacation from Canada, and was hoping that they could fit me in for a CT Scan. They did so within 48 hours. I must also say that the scheduling staff by phone was also very pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much for your excellent service!
