He discussed my shoulder injury in depth and informed me of the procedures open to me and the length of time they would take. I left his office assured that I had the best doctor for the correct procedure for my particular injury!

Dr Deshmukh is a highly skilled and professional doctor. His skills are compromised by over-scheduling his time. Over-scheduling has become common with SE Ortho. Five years ago, the wait was around 15-20 minutes and now it is over an hour for certain doctors and PAs. I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him and recently waited 1 1/2 hours to see a PA, This is disrespectful of your patients, many who are in pain. Dr Deshmukh had an appointment scheduled 10 minutes after me, so it is understandable why he is so behind. If you can't hold the waiting to under 30 minutes, maybe you need more doctors in the field. When I arrived today at 1: 50, there were no parking spots and no seating in the waiting room. That is unsatisfactory. With a bad leg and with a cane, I had to park at less 20 yards away.and walk over uneven ground. Consider yoiur patients and reduce the doctors work load.

Extremely kind and caring Physician and knowledgeable. Explain condition, treatment and care plan completely. The surgery center and office are efficient without long waits. Dr. Deshmuke is excellent, highly recommend him.

Shortest wait time today I've ever had, and when one is hurting, that's very important and much appreciated! Each member of the office staff was efficient and courteous. Dr. Desmukh has never disappointed me, always displaying compassion, thoroughness and obvious brilliance in his profession. I have the highest opinion of him having seen the results of surgeries on family and friends.

If you have to go see an Orthopedic surgeon Dr Deshmukh and his team sure makes it a whole lot more enjoyable! Left shoulder this time!

Dr. Deshmukh is one of the most caring and thorough doctors that I have ever dealt with. He gives you all the time in the world to help you understand what he is going to do and what the intended outcome is going to be. He never appears rushed. He has a great big smile and will sit and talk with you for as long as you want. He definitely gives you the assurance that he knows his job, is good at it, and that the outcome will be successful. My primary care doctor told me that he is "one of the best" orthopedic surgeons operating on shoulders. And, now I firmly believe that.

Doctor Deshmukh is a wonderful doctor. Besides his sweet and gentle manner, I felt like he really cared about me. He managed my pain and was very thorough. I am so glad I had my knee replaced and plan on having the other knee done soon. I have recommended my friends to him. Also, he and his 'sidekick" Brian Tardif, are an excellent team. They compliment each other well.

Dr Deshmuk was physician for my knee problems, he understood that surgery was the last resort for me and only decided surgery when all options had been exhausted. He was an awesome surgeon, very thorough!

Dr. Deshmukh performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder that had been painful for a long time. We knew there were several tears indicated by the MRI. Dr. Deshmukh found massive damage at the time of surgery and spent the time needed to repair the shoulder. After rehab I am completely pain free and have full mobility in my shoulder. Dr. Deshmukh did an amazing job and as a bonus he has a wonderful bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. Should I need shoulder surgery again I would not hesitate at choosing Dr. Deshmukh.

I was told I needed to see the best shoulder replacement doctor in the State of Florida because it appeared I had a torn rotator cuff and needed a total joint replacement. Then I was referred to Dr. Desh. He is amazing not only as a person but as a surgeon. I recommend him highly and if you follow his protocol for recovery you will be very pleased.
