Security issues with their online banking my card was hacked using the app they provided on their website

I received a letter in the mail, they offer me a lower APR on refinancing my vehicle. I was skeptical at first, obviously, since I’ve never heard of this credit union. I gave them a call and got connected with Miss Kelly Wonser. She explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made my first auto refinancing experience a positive one thus far. I’m just waiting for my old loan to be closed. I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation to Miss Kelly Wonser who has gone above and beyond with this process.
Once everything is finalized I will update my review accordingly, but thus far everything has been great.

I should also mention that due to COVID-19 the process of refinancing my loan was made even easier thanks to Miss Kelly Wonser, as everything was done over the phone, all I needed to do was to come in and sign some documents (or you can also do them electronically, but it helps to go to them to speed up the process) and that was that.

Anna and Kyle were extremely helpful and assisted me through every step of my online check deposit. Thank you for your hospitality and help! Wish we had more people like them. This is why RIFCU will always be my credit union!

This is the WORST bank I have ever had to deal with! They literally charge you just to check your balance at an ATM. They nickel and dime you for everything. I had fraud on my account and the representative at the location wouldn’t even put in a dispute for me because she said it was only $23. She just gave me a free new card which they charge $10 for that too. I went back after coming from out of town because my purse was stolen to get a new card and report that my card was compromised and another representative told me to call the places in Colorado to see if they will give me the stolen money back because it’s the credit unions policy that they cannot submit fraud. I am literally out of over $500 dollars and this bank basically just told me there is nothing they can do about it. Banking with this bank was the worst experience I’ve ever gone through. I am definitely not going to let this bank get away with referring me to the merchant every time something went wrong with my account. They literally was refusing disputes. And I know I have to right to dispute transactions without first contacting the merchant. This was fraud. I have absolutely no knowledge of these places in Colorado. I’m from Florida. The bank would not help me. They do not care about this loss I’ve gone through. According to the federal regulations, banks cannot refuse disputes from their members. They will be hearing from my lawyer very soon.

Every trip to my credit union has been great. The staff is courteous and kind and the manager is very helpful. With all of my training and professional training, my life started to take a nose dive into financial distress but the manager help me avoid this with great financial counseling void of condesending judgments. I am okay now. Thanks Mr Wilson.

Rude, condescending staff and management. The website is glitchy more often than not. It is virtually impossible to reach them by phone and if / when you do, they are beyond short with you and act like you're a nuisance for bothering them with a phone call. They have very few brick and mortar locations to walk in to, so you're at their mercy of having to call them. I've been with them for a long time, too long, but they just keep getting worse a d less user friendly.

Been with this credit union for 12 years. Hate to say it but im transferring to GTE. This bank still places holds on cash deposits via the ATM, randomly charges me for service charges and wont provide a home loan eventhough I've kept steady income and a nice savings, whereas GTE approved me immediately. This credit union just isnt as convenient as the others in the area.

Been in here almost an hour staff is just walking around like they have nothing to do only came in for something that should have literally taking less than five minutes Awful!

The lady that works the drive through teller #18 is the RUDEST bank teller i have EVER dealt with. After asking for a manager and her faking to go get one, and then after i deposited my check and her threatening to make the entire amount available 3 days later instead of what she told me which was that part was going to be available the next day and I'm pretty sure that is illegal in some way. I will NEVER go back to this location.
