My technician was on time and very professional. I'm pretty sure he said his name was Cole. He did not make a mess he was very friendly and explained the problem. He gave me advice on how not to let it happen again and fixed it fast. I highly recommend their Plumbing Service

March of 2020 kitchen fauce was replaced with a moen. Fast forward to a year and 7 months later,   days before Thanksgiving  it started leaking profusely from the actual faucet and plate cover.   After getting absurd quotes from other plumbing companies I called Rainaldi Home Services. They were pleasant, provided me with a date and reasonable rates.    The day of repair Rainaldi emailed us with name and photo of technician. Technician was punctual, pleasant, courteous, and very informative.   I describe issue as best I could, he explained different issues that could be causing the problem and pricing for each solution, but he would know more after taking a closer  look.   Well the problem was a defective cartridge valve. He replaced it, and problem was solved quickly at a reasonable price.
I definitely recommend Rainaldi Home Services, and I would use them again for any plumbing  issues  that may arise  in the future.

I woke up to a disaster flood from a clogged drain and immediately called several companies that were listed as being able to do emergency services, this was the only one that was able to accommodate and help quickly based on the situation. All members of the company from the beginning to end were professional and helpful.

We recently needed to replace our old AC system. Having used Rainaldi's for our business and previous home, we didn't hestitate to call again.

They were awesom as always, they went the extra mile to get our part for the A/C during these really long shipping delays. Shannon, our tech, was very profesiuonal, personable and efficant. He worked hard to get it done for us in a timely manner. I plan on using them for any of my A/C or plumming needs. They are the best group I've worked with for these issues.

Our service rep was Ruslan Aleksandrov, he was on time, very professional and thorough, he explained everything and showed us how to do some stuff to our AC the right way. He was friendly and pleasant. Thanks for doing a great job!

My AC stop working at 2am, i called Rainaldi services at 7: 30am and at 9am the the technician was at my home fixing my AC. Is was a quick fix, and used diagnostics to makes sure there were no other issues, and the price was very reasonable. My AC is working and i feel satisfied with the service rendered to me!

Although it was an after-hours call, the technician was quick to respond, thorough and professional.

Rainaldi came through for us yet again just as the Central Florida temperatures were about to plummet, our out of date zoned handler from 2013 kicked the bucket. Within 48 hours of contacting Rainaldi, we had agreed to a reasonable price on a 5 ton unit and it was delivered in less than 48 hours and installed too! The guys rolled out the carpets (blue not red) to keep our upstairs clean while they installed the AC on a really wet and muddy day. Danny especially was super friendly and patient and kept us informed throughout the whole install process. Clean up and billing was also super easy. We’ve always used Rainaldi for repairs to our old system but we are very happy to have used them for a modern day system with all the bells and whistles. Great service and highly recommend!

Showed up a little earlier than the dispatcher said (not a problem in my opinion) technician was very professional and polite. Service just finished but seems to have worked (they'll come out and make it right if anything goes wrong up to 30 days after the service.) Definitely would recommend.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink leaking down below and Paul with Rainaldi was great! He just started to work with the company and it looks like they got a good hire.

I never write reviews but had this company repipe my whole house (4000 SF) They were simply amazing. The got there on time, got to the job, did professional work and completed the job with their crew of 6 in 1, yes 1, day (8: 30-4: 30). The repairman for the drywall call 3 days later and repaired all holes. This company does great work at a great price and does what they say they will do. That is rare these days.

I will prefer technician ac name Ruslan, he did a very good job maintaining my AC my family really trust the company. Great Business

Re-seated a leaking drain seal on a toilet, it wasn't cheap but as usual there were a couple of issues that made it worth it to hire a professional to do the job. Did a nice job and left the bathroom cleaner than when he started.

I had an ongoing leak that progressively kept getting worse in the bathroom. I called Rainaldi and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon/evening to get the leak stopped. They were fast and efficient. I had Jose and he was very polite and even allowed me to watch him work so I could learn. I highly recommend Rainaldi and would use them again in the future.

Scheduling process was easy. Plumber was on time, very professional but also friendly. He performed a ‘“minor” rebuild on a nearly 20 year old Koehler lowboy, with new inflow valve, flapper, and water supply line. Everything seems to be in hood working order. I will definitely use Rainaldi for future plumbing needs.

Paul was professional and friendly. He explained everything up front and step by step. I had a leak in a line behind bathroom vanity which turned into a larger 4 hour replace/repair. Paul had a great attitude and did a wonderful job.

Do not use this company do not let this company try to refer you to a company called damage control. Visit Ashley moodys and the dbprs website before using this company for water leak detection. We were told our flange was broken by a non licensed plumber who was there to diagnose water leak. This was not the source of leak. Our flange is not damaged. Receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Paul was very professional and kind. He was very thorough with explaining what he was doing. Next time we need a plumber we will be calling and asking for Paul! Thank you again!
